AMAZING!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pond Da Rosa it truely is a place apart. The house wa s very clean and was better than advertised. The elevator was very convenient. Plus, the kids had so much fun riding the horses. Finally, Vance and Candace were phenomenal host. We loved it.

The property was nice and the host provided more supplies than any place I’ve ever stayed. We hit a curb and were without a car for a couple of days. The host gave us another night free to go do more. It was a nice place to get away.

Absolutely amazing

I dont even know where to start because it was absolutely all around amazing from the host to the house and the neighborhood lets just say we had a rough start to our vacation with a property canceling on us and vance and Candace were willing to take us in with open arms they were truly a life saver when it came to saving our family vacation...we drove almost 14 hours with 3 kids just to find out that the other property canceled on us 2 hours prior to check in and vrbo doesnt do same day check in they told me it would be up to the host wether they could work with me or not well let me tell you they saved the day an had us ready to check in within two hours they dropped everything they were doing to accommodate us they treated us like family and were there for anything we needed and i mean anything so if anybody is looking for a relaxing get away and laid back host and neighborhood well then this is the place for you i recommend it 1000% and we will definitely be back in the future thank you vance and Candace for an amazing staying and working with us on everything you two are amazing and you really made us feel like family and made youre home feel like home away from home for us

We love animals we have 2 horses 1 donkey that you'll have a view of in the adjacent field and an opportunity to feed them snacks if you wish, ducks splashing in the pond and chickens foraging through the plush green yard. We enjoy life to the fullest & take pride in family and friends.

Our neighborhood is quiet, it's like living the country life but in the middle of the city. If you love The country life, the sound of nature but minutes away from the downtown life and awesome restaurants and our sandy beaches you will surely love our place. We would not want to be anywhere else
