Located just 1 mile from the hospital and super close to town with an out of town feel. Only 11 miles from the entrance of Mesa Verde.

This 2 Bedroom/1 bath has great views of all the Southwest Mountain ranges.
Plenty of parking with car port. Washer/ Dryer and full kitchen. Rear patio with outside grill is perfect for hanging out. This is the perfect spot for home base for all the activities and adventures this area has to offer like Phil’s World Trail mountain bike park, Sand Canyon, 4 corners, Mesa Verde, and plenty more.

Great house in a quiet area close to Mesa Verde National Park. The house is updated and beautiful. Easy check in and host is easy to communicate with. Kitchen had all items needed, bed was super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!
