Throughout the house, four bedrooms, 1 King, 2 queens all offering comfortable bedding the forth bedroom has 6 twin beds. The kids have their own bedroom & bathroom and the comfort of Lake life will have you relaxed in no time!l The picturesque outdoor living spaces features abundant seating on the picnic table, lawn space for your favorite yard games or lounging on the lawn. A flight of 5 steps leads down to 59 feet of lakefront, a large dock yours for hanging out, sun bathing, fishing off the end. The entire house is all yours. Your private beach is 59 feet and a dock. There is a security camera facing the dock and the water for your safety. The dock perfect for fishing, reading, relaxing and jumping off. TWO 8 foot sit on kayaks are available for you to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location on Canandaguia Lake. The house was comfortable and met our needs. The kids especially enjoyed finding ancient fossils on the beach - so cool!

Lovely home,very clean, kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels in the kitchen and bath areas. Host is very responsive and helpful. The lake is beautiful and lots of outdoor furniture to sit outside and enjoy the view. We had a fire in the fire pit and sat outside and enjoyed the evening.

Throughout the years we have stayed at many vacation rentals. One can tell right away when the owner cares about the renters. The owner of this place definitely does. He included many extras such as a welcome bottle of wine and multiple areas with fresh cut flowers. The house was well equipped, very clean and the view of the lake was beautiful.

Great house for a large group, plenty of beds and bathrooms and located on a quiet street. There are several landings of steps in the backyard but the rocky beach area is great for kids. The host is very attentive and any concerns we had he was willing to address and rectify immediately.

Great little place for family to meet

Joe was very easy to communicate with. It was set up perfect for what we wanted. Plenty of towels to use and beds were comfortable. Great view. The wind was strong but we made it ok. Couldnt get tv to work upstairs but that is ok. If we were there for a week another tv would have been good. Kayaks were great to use. Plenty of outdoor seating to watch the lake.

Girls weekend

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! It’s clear the hosts have put thought into providing a great experience. There were wine glasses, a bottle of wine and fresh flowers through the house, nice areas inside and outside with lots of seating for everyone. It was spacious downstairs with an open floor plan, the kitchen was updated, with enough dishes and utensils. Bedrooms were the perfect size with comfy beds, and the bathrooms were clean/updated, with plenty of towels for our whole group. Overall, a great place to stay-we had wonderful time!!

Family college graduation plus vacation

We had a lovely stay in May, with weather ranging from the 40’s to the 80’s. We loved being by the lake; it was so peaceful and relaxing. The home was clean and comfortable, and fresh flowers were a sweet touch. Every sunset was beautiful! There were six adults and there was ample room and beds for everyone - the room of twin beds is perfect for young people coming and going. We loved the quiet (though bumpy) lane to the house, which kept traffic to a minimum. The dock was not set up yet, and we didn’t use any of the water equipment given the weather, but it was a pleasant stay with only short drives to restaurants, shopping and other activities. We highly recommend.

Winter weekend away

We loved our stay on the lake! The house is charming and the living spaces open up to the back door that faces the lake. This was a beautiful view. The space itself is wonderful and easily accommodated 7 people. Beds are comfortable and rooms are a good size. The bathrooms and kitchen appliances (coffee pot and electric tea kettle) may have benefited from a bit more cleaning attention, but did not impede our stay. Joe was helpful and quickly responded to questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again and a friend is looking into renting this house for a week in the summer, given the lake access and access to kayaks, etc.

We had a great stay!!

Overall everything about this property was stunning. The lakefront, the modern vibes of the interior. We went for a bachelorette weekend and we had a blast. The owner of the property was there when we arrived and he went over some extras like the water trampoline we could use!! The huge room with the beds was so fun, we had 6 girls in there. The fire pit area was awesome. We brought tables and played beer Olympics one day, the turf grass was soft and succulent. The lake was amazing!! Great areas to go to bars around town. We did a wine tour one day as well! We had an issue with a lock lever breaking off of the sliding glass door accidentally. We contacted the host and he was more than supportive and super understanding!! Highly recommend, will definitely stay again.

Family Fun @ the Lake

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The house had all the amenities for a long weekend stay. The owners were very responsive and we would definitely recommend this property.
