The standalone villa is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property over the forests and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and courtyard. Playground for basketball and football.
