Relax in this stylish vacation home, which consists of three separate residential buildings and can welcome 20 people, so several families can spend their vacations together and still maintain their privacy. The accommodation can also be used for team building of smaller companies. At the main house is the covered terrace with barbecue, kitchen on the first floor and a large dining area on the second floor. Three bedrooms, bathroom and exit to a terrace are located on the second floor.
The second object is a bungalow on the top of the property, with kitchen-living room and exit to the terrace, as well as bedroom and bathroom. The third building, on two floors with external stairs, is located above the pool, which with almost 100 ² will certainly be the meeting place for everyone. There is also the lounge with fireplace behind glass walls, which is used for relaxation in any season, as well as wellness with sauna and shower. In the room next to it you will find your own cinema, with professional projector and comfortable seats.
At the entrance of the property are a lounge with bar, billiards, darts and a kind of air field hockey table, as well as fitness equipment. In the outdoor area you also have a basketball court and many lighted paths, stairs, lawns and a small stream, which spreads a pleasant atmosphere with its murmur. You can take romantic photos on the viewing plateau, and for physical fitness there are six bicycles with which you can explore the forest. There are many other opportunities for an active vacation, but they are associated with additional costs. There is a free tennis court 4 km away by arrangement and the possibility of professional tennis lessons for a fee. As an additional chargeable offer are also two yachts, with which you can explore the beautiful archipelago in the bay of Kotor, Lu?tica, Herceg Novi or Budva. Excursions can also be organized by mini-bus to Ostrog Monastery, the mausoleum in Lov?en National Park, rafting or zip-line on the Tara River and a visit to the wine cellar in Njegu?i, as well as to various excellent restaurants in this region.
