Three-story villa with private pool, private beach (dock) equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, private parking, bar&professional kitchen(only staff has access). Large swimming pool (9m x 4.5m) area, around pool also equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is private bar next to the pool area well equipped(only staff has access). Next to the bar is a room with a massage table. Villa has 9 accommodate units, more precisely 11 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Smoking is prohibited in rooms. Villa is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. Smoking is allowed in the outer part of the Villa (around the Villa, on the beach, in front of restaurant on terrace). There is different kind of rooms such as standard double/twin rooms, deluxe room with king size-bed, 2 deluxe rooms with sharing bathroom, deluxe one bedroom suites, studio and executive apartment. Villa can accommodate up to 22 persons.

Really great villa in a good location (although its recommended to use boat transfers where possible). By boat: 40 mins to airport, 35 mins to Adriatica, 30 mins to Perast. By car to Kotor can be 10 minutes in the evening but 40 minutes during afternoon.Pool and waterside both excellent, including a shallow area for kids. Villa has a fully stocked bar.Car spaces for 3 (4 at a push)

A Truly Amazing Week

We had a family get together for a group of 17 and the Villa was perfect! The staff was fantastic, a truly beautiful property and highly recommend it, especially for groups.
