We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain home! The house was perfect for our group and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend. It was spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and the location was fantastic. We especially loved being able to spend time together enjoying the mountain setting, and the house gave everyone plenty of room to spread out while still having great spaces to gather together. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy from beginning to end. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable mountain getaway!
Great hosts and a spacious but cozy home. It is obvious they have put a lot of thought and attention into making our stay enjoyable, and they haven’t skimped on quality. My grown daughters and I were very impressed. This also was a very convenient location for us and the things we wanted to do.
Excellent communication and response. We lost power (along with part of Black Mountain due to a tree falling on power equipment.). Host was quick to respond and let us know it would just be a couple of hours. Seemed invested in ensuring our group had a good time.
Truly enjoyed our stay each room was decorated beautiful, felt as if we were in a luxurious hotel.
The host Manny was extremely helpful , Fast responses to any questions or concerns.
We were all very happy with our choice and are talking about booking it again.

The house/cabin was perfect for our extended family who all met in Asheville for an engagement party. The layout was perfect and we never felt cramped. The decor was great and we enjoyed the outdoor amenities. Hosts were very accommodating and communicative. 5 star review and we wish the area well in rebuilding from the floods.
Great location between Asheville and Black Mountain. Super comfortable and updated home. Great communication with host. Only wish would have been blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

Glad you all had a great stay! Thanks for staying with us
A nice place to stay and very close to the Omni Grove Paek Inn. We did the spa for the day. Then, drove to the cabin which was only about 25 minutes away. It was easy to get to. The decorations in this place are very pretty just like the pictures.
Great property with very comfortable beds and linens. The decor is beautifully done and kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils and pans if you needed to cook. Had a problem with door code not working but was resolved within 10 minutes and no issues after that. It is a smaller town but very easy to get into Asheville. We wish the area well in the recovery.
I’m convinced there is no better location for us to celebrate ten of our friends who recently turned 40! A short 20 min ride to downtown Asheville for brewery hopping, nice restaurants and fun shops. It was so comfy that most nights we preferred to head back to the house and end our nights around the fire or in the hot tub!

The Modern Cabin was perfect for our group of seven. It was easy to get to everything in the area. Lots of space. Comfortable bedrooms. Great communication with the property manager. The curtains are too shear, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Good house for large group. Description not entirely accurate. The Swanannoa grocery store is closed so be prepared to shop the next town over. Upstairs and downstairs fridges don’t make ice so you need to buy your own. No coffee pods available in either kitchen nor was there “plenty “ of wood stacked for an outdoor fire. Remotes for both indoor fireplaces were not available…nowhere to be found after a thorough search. I messaged the host and got no reply as to why they weren’t available for use.
The property was as described and pictured. The house was nicely decorated and host was responsive. There was sufficient room for everyone and there was a pretty well-stocked kitchen, though we couldn't find a colander and forks were a little low for a large group. The grounds were nice and the front porch was nice. We did not use the fire pit, but did notice that wood and starters were provided. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the starter supplies (toilet paper, soap, detergent ). We could have used some more bath towels and hand towels. Each person had one bath towel and one wash cloth. We would stay here again.

Glad you all had a great stay- sorry about the low forks, we noticed some were missing and have restocked. We will also get a colander. If you stay again please feel free to reach out about those things- we would be happy to get any extra supplies missing. Hope to host you again in the future
We were traveling with extended family so the set up as almost two separate apartments was perfect for us. Common areas were large and plenty of room for meals and games. We saw a mama bear and three cubs crossing the road! A great thrill for all of us. Loved all the wood furniture and decor. Enjoyed the wrapping around porch.
The home has spectacular space, in the range of room furnishings and the attractive locally-inspired decor, and the flexible two story layout. It was a perfect fit for our family vacation with young grandkids. We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed our time in this clean, well-designed house.
