Apartment on the lake

Ferienwohnung am See is located in Parthenstein / Muldental.

Our house is located in the idyllic village Großsteinberg am See.
In our area we have 7 lakes of which 3 are built for swimming. You can make beautiful hiking trails through the Muldental. A bicycle path will take you to the Mulderadweg in the direction of Grimma. We also offer a lockable shelter for your bikes. Due to the direct traffic connection with a bus line that starts almost at the front door you are very flexible in all directions. We are 3 kilometers away to the nearest motorway connection.

We offer 70 m² 2 bedrooms. The main room is equipped with a double bed and an extra bed (sofa bed). On this, adolescents would feel very comfortable. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.
Our bathroom has a toilet / hand basin and a shower. In the communal kitchen we have 2 hot plates with complete equipment for up to 6 people.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Besonders schön war für uns die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung, da bei unserem Besuch gerade 30° und mehr herrschten.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Die Buchung klappte schnell und problemlos und der unkomplizierte und freundliche Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp war von Anfang an supernett. Vor Ort stand uns ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen eine Einweisung in die Wohnung, die sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet ist. Uns als 4-Köpfiger Familie hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war absolut günstig, so dass wir von hier aus mit dem Auto schnell Leipzig und die Umgebung erkunden konnten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Besitzer wirklich sehr freundlich. Schöne Ruhige Lage , trotzdem gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Gut und ansprechend ausgestattet, einziges Manko ist die Küche die etwas klein ist und nur 2 Herdplatten hat, aber auch damit kann man umgehen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern und haben uns wirklich sehr wohl dort gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Durch die ruhige Lage ist sowohl Grimma als auch Leipzig sehr schnell über die Autobahn oder Landstraße erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

Optimal für 3 Personen !

Küchenausstattung mit nur 2 Kochplatten und ohne Backofen ist nur ausreichend für das ganz kleine „Menü“. Für 3 Personen ist der Platz optimal, bei 6 Personen ist das Platzangebot eigentlich eine Zumutung. Im Sommer ist durch der Südlage und direkt unter dem Dach, trotz der Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer, mit unangenehme heißen Temperaturen zu rechnen. Ohne Fahrzeug ist die Unterkunft nur wer sehr gut zu Fuß ist zu empfehlen, da der nächste Lebensmittelmarkt (PENNY) ca 2,5 km entfernt ist.

Bisher hatten wir viele größere Familien mit 5-6 Personen, die sich sehr wohl bei uns gefühlt haben. Zum Thema Backofen, gibt es als Ersatz eine Microwelle, welche mit Grillfunktion ist. Die Klimaanlage schafft es vollkommen, trotz Dachlage die Räume auf ein sehr angenehmes Klima zu setzen! Eine Anreise mit PKW ist zwar Optimal aber es fährt vor unserer Haustür eine Buslinie im Stundentakt. Im allgemeinen ist es Schade, wenn Mieter über solche Dinge nicht mit uns sprechen, wir sind gerne bereit, hegliche Kritik anzunehmen. Am besten ist da immer eine 4 / 6 Augenkommunikation!

gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unsern Aufenthalt sehr genossen für Ausflüge in die Städte Leipzig und Dresden oder in die Natur. Der Vermieter hat auf Anfragen immer sehr schnell geantwortet, was unserer kurzfristigen Buchung sehr entgegen kam. In der Wohnung hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten.
