At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! Evi-body's Beachin' is named for our daughter Evi! This contemporary Gulf front has incredible Gulf views from every room and is located on Pensacola Beach! This home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. This is a newer house, built in 2019.

There is room for a large group of friends and family to spread out with privacy. There is a large living area on each floor with 65-inch TVs and fabulous views of the Gulf. The house is ADA compliant with an elevator. The first floor has a huge living/dining and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, and stainless-steel appliances, including two dishwashers. A wet bar with a wine/drink cooler is located next to the kitchen area. An additional full-size refrigerator is in the utility room, adjacent to the kitchen. The two dining tables seat up to 20 people. The kitchen/ breakfast bar seats four. The living area is open and airy, has plenty of comfortable seating, including a large sectional sleeper, a 65 inch TV, and opens onto the 9 x 53 foot covered Gulf front deck. This beautiful covered deck has a big dining table and plenty of other seating. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The master suite with a door to the Gulf front deck has a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a wall mounted TV, and a large mirror. The huge master bath has double vanity, a soaking tub for 2 and large shower with a ceiling mounted rain shower and one wall mounted shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, and twin bunk bed with views of the Sound and the Gulf. It also features a fun Neverland map wall mural! Next to this bedroom is a bathroom with shower which serves this bedroom and the main living area.

The upper level of the house features a game room which opens directly to another 9 x 53-foot Gulf front deck. This room has a queen sleeper sofa, an arcade, foosball, air hockey, a 65-inch TV, and a kitchenette/bar with sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and barstool seating for three along the bar. There is also a table that seats four. To the left of the living area is a second master suite with a door directly out to the upper deck. It has a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a private bath with a shower. Next to this is another bedroom with two twin beds, a twin bunk bed, and features a fun Peter Pan full wall mural! It also has a private bathroom with tub and shower. To the right of the lounge is another master suite with a door directly out to the upper deck. It has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, wall mounted TV, private bath with two vanities and shower. The ADA compliant bedroom is also on this side with one king bed, one twin bed, and a couch. It has wonderful views of the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf. Adjacent to this bedroom is a fully ADA compliant bathroom with shower. This bathroom also services the upper living area. The house has sleeping space for 25 guests.
There is an outdoor H/C shower. The yard is fenced in for privacy with a large patio with pavers. The garden is landscaped with palm trees, bushes and native grasses. This beautiful house, with its garden and 45 X 53-foot, open, covered space under the house, is perfect for weddings and family reunions.

*Weddings are allowed with an event fee and prior approval. All events have a $1,500 event fee.

* We do collect a $1200 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you three days prior to your arrival along with detailed directions.

*Violation of any house rule including pet rules will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.

*Pet fee is $160 per dog, 2 dog maximum. Small dogs under 50lbs only. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. All droppings must be cleaned up and disclosed of. Dogs are only allowed on the dog beach. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges. This includes hair, urine, feces (yard included), and any damage from the pets. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats.
