Updated family-friendly house with pool

Recently renovated private house with updated kitchen, private outdoor screened-in pool, spacious outdoor patio. Sleeps up to 9 adults, plus a young child.

This house includes a central, open-concept living area with living room, kids' play area, eating area, and modern kitchen. A Roku TV is setup in the living space so that you can login to your streaming services, with a guest mode that will ensure your accounts are logged out at the end of your stay. A high chair is also available for your little one.

Sliding and French doors in the living area open to our covered patio and screened-in pool area, with outdoor dining table and pool lounge chairs. Also feel free to cook out on our grill.

The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and cookware that you'll need, plus an electric tea kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, and drip coffee maker.

Main bedroom: King size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, Roku TV so you can watch all your streaming services, full en-suite bathroom, sliding glass door opening to patio and pool area, wireless charging pads on nightstands.
Second bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, closet, wireless charging pads on nightstands.
Third bedroom: twin-over-full bunk bed, changing table/dresser, diaper pail, closet, pack-and-play available for the little ones.
Fourth bedroom: twin-sized daybed with pull-out twin-sized trundle, also has a desk and chair for those who need to get some work done on their trip.

35 minutes to Magic Kingdom, 25 minutes to Universal, 30 minutes to Sea World, 1 hour to Cape Canaveral, 45 minutes to Daytona Beach, and centrally located to all else that Central Florida has to offer.
