This suite has a fabulous upstairs porch/balcony nestled with the tall coconut trees. 10 min walk into George Town for groceries, restaurants etc. Located on private island with connecting causeway, Regatta Point is a rare combination of central location & quiet seclusion—uniquely afforded by virtue of being a small, separate island near the town and on Elizabeth Harbour. Keep rental boat, car, or both on property. 5 minute walk to water taxi dock, quick access to Stocking Island and it's beaches. Easy arrangements for fishing/snorkeling trips, or excursion out to the swimming pigs. Air conditioned/free WiFi

Nancy is a wonderful, helpful host. Once she knew our arrival time, she had a taxi meet us at the airport and she welcomed us at the property 15 minutes later. She's been there 60 years so she can answer any questions we had. We were on the 2nd floor of the old building on a lush overgrown tropical jetty, porch and back deck overlooking the Georgetown and Elizabeth Harbors...wonderful, active location but totally relaxing.

Perfect for us

We loved this location as it was close to town but away from town. The views from our second floor apartment were spectacular, looking out over the water towards Stocking Island or across the harbor to town. We enjoyed both the solitude and the ease to walk into town for groceries or a meal. The garden area with adirondack chairs on the pine needle rug was sweet in the morning with a gentle breeze caressing us was a bonus. We look forward to our return.

Perfect!

I can’t say enough about this property! It was convenient, close to everything you could need. The host Nancy arranged a taxi to bring me from the airport all the way to the front door & help with my bags. She gave me a tour of the property with my small dog. It is beautiful & peaceful. The views are amazing. There is room to walk and sit outside to watch sunrise or sunset. There is a private beach area to pull up a boat. I loved staying here and would highly recommend. Thank you for being so welcoming and helpful Nancy!!
