What an unexpected treasure this home is. Newly remodeled, this home boasts vaulted ceilings, a huge brick fireplace, and fantastic ocean views from the spacious deck. Floor-to-ceiling windows give way to bright natural light that fills the space.

The main floor has all guests could want. Keep warm by the fireplace, stretch out on the sofa, or play a game of foosball. Proceed to the lower floor and find another living area, full kitchen, and more bedrooms. The dreamy backyard patio even has its very own babbling brook that runs through it.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Terrific space for big group.

We enjoyed the gorgeous view, the short walk to the beach, the ample room for our group, and the deck in the sunshine overlooking the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. Having 2 fridges was a big help for groceries for our group. The property has lovely grounds. We liked the big table where we could eat together. The sink in the bathroom closest to the kitchen has minimal water coming out for handwashing. Water pressure for flushing toilets was low in downstairs bathroom. But these were little things that just come with home use and probably just need a little attention. Overall, great spot!

Perfect Manzanita rental

We had a family reunion for my husband’s birthday celebration and this was a perfect rental for our family of 20. There is plenty of sleeping, playing, relaxing and eating room. Beach access is a couple of blocks away and ocean view from the deck and upstairs windows. Downtown is close by. Comfortable beds. Clean. Well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Large house, nice location

This house worked very well for our large family, with plenty of room to be together or be apart, as we chose. We were very fortunate to have good weather and we enjoyed sitting outside on the large deck to view the sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Many of our family members are sensitive to fragrances, so we really appreciated the low-fragrance products that were used in cleaning --- no dryer sheet smells! The yard was very nicely maintained and it was pleasant to hear the sounds of the nearby creek.
