This newly built spacious home has 5 large bedrooms, each with a private bath. You are directly across quiet street from the beach and a short walk to the beach and the village of Manzanita. Our beach home gives you expansive views of the ocean from a large deck and patio area, where you can enjoy time with your family and friends. Enjoy new high quality linens and towels, plus a private area for the children to watch TV and play games. We have a mesh net Wi-Fi for all types of devices, and every bedroom has built in USB charging outlets. Our home has a 40 Amp Juice Box Electric Vehicle charger ready for EV your needs.

Thanksgiving with family

We shared a wonderful family Thanksgiving at your home. The house was beautifully organized to accommodate four adult couples plus children. The cleanliness, new feel and furnishings and living spaces were superb. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful, Beautiful, Perfect

I stayed here with five other friends and this house was absolutely perfect! Each bedroom has a bathroom and each bedroom is huge! The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens I’ve been in, with plenty of cookware, dishes, serve ware and cooking utensils! My friends all took turns cooking and was never left wanting anything. There’s even a gas grill! There is a large balcony and another outside sitting area with a gas fire in the table The house is wonderfully decorated and had a supply of board games and books should you get bored. Location is great! Very short walk to the beach and 10 minute walk into town. You can see the water and waves from the kitchen and hear the sound of the waves with the open windows. The owner was responsive to any questions and was wonderful to converse with. If you have a large group (or even a smallish group) I would highly recommend staying here. The next time I am here and with a group I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

Loved everything about this home. Right across the street from the beach, close enough to town to walk, high end finishes, comfortable beds and bedding. Great for a large group.

Beautiful house a few minutes walk to beach!

Stayed here for a girls weekend. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Wonderful location, nicely stocked kitchen for making meals. Adorable house. Cozy and comfortable. We had a great time!
