This is a great community centrally located just a few miles from Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, & downtown Sarasota!

This updated condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and laundry located inside the unit. There is a screened in patio that overlooks multiple ponds perfect for relaxing or fishing! Updated living room and bedrooms fully equipped with with smart TV's and cable. Primary suite is updated with a king size bed & attached bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in closet.

Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for your stay! Plates, utensils, glassware, coffee pots and cooler for the beach!

Publix & Aldi in walking distance to the condo along with tons of other retail shopping and restaurants! This location is convenient to everything.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at the condo. The condo had everything we needed and more! It was so helpful to have the beach chairs and boogie boards/pool noodles for the kids. The pool was so close and the staff at the clubhouse were very helpful and kind. We loved bouncing in between the two pools. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Budget Option with Kids

The condo had everything we needed for our stay, including a blender. It was very clean and had a lot of cute, beachy decor. The owner was very prompt in responding to us when we had issues with the tv inputs. Our boys loved the two pools but beware, the complex management is very strick about jumping into the pools. Lol. And since there were riptide warnings at the beaches, we opted to stay close to home rather than swim in the gulf. A couple things I'd suggest for the owners: * A cheat-sheet on how to operate the TVs and Roku * Purchase some newer, matching towels. Those provided looked like leftovers used at another time/place. Thanks for the hospitality! It was just what we needed!

Vacation in the sun

Had a fantastic time. The apartment was very modern and exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed including great beach chairs etc. Lots of lovely bed linen and comfy beds. Nice peaceful location and covered lanai was perfect for breakfast. Will absolutely be back!!
