This ground floor condo contains 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths, and a full equipped kitchen (recently renovated in 10/2023), nestled in a beautifully landscaped property that is located within 4 miles of Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, 5 miles from Sarasota/Bradenton airport, and minutes from the IMG Academy. Walking distance to several grocery/ retail stores and many restaurants. Amenities include: 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, bocce ball, ping pong, pool table, along with a playground and sandbox for children. This unit is also centrally located within a few short steps of the pool and the many amenities offered at this quiet and relaxing resort. Great place to stay while visiting IMG Academy!

Bradenton getaway

We had a great stay. Excellent location. Close to everything. Host was extremely responsive to our inquiries. The place was very clean and had lots of amenities. We will definitely try and make it back to this place.

Great place to stay

We stayed while attending a tournament at IMG and it was actually perfect. Great location, quiet, nice pool. Will definitely stay there again if we’re back in the area.

Family vacation

Our family was in Florida for a wedding and this place was the perfect set up for our family of 5. 2 adults and 3 kids 10,13 and 16 years of age. We weren’t on the property much as we were running around doing last minute wedding planning and going to the beach in our free time but it was great to be able to settle in the evening to a clean comfortable space. We even got an evening pickleball game in as a family and were able to catch a night in the pool (which was heated) and a relaxing hot tub soak. Lana was incredibly communicative throughout our visit with any questions we had. Would highly recommend.
