Wonderful!!

Karen and Kaylyn were wonderful hosts!! The rental was perfect for our family, plenty of space to spread out!! The rental was very clean, stocked and at a perfect location! Will definitely rent from them again!!

Broadkill fun

The Sandbox was very clean and s very short walk to the beach. Very responsive owner.

Downstairs

Our family with older children stayed downstairs and our friends stayed upstairs. It was a great place for us to be together S families and let the kids hang out, but we still had our own private space. Easy walk to beach.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean . Very comfortable. Kaylyn was very easy to work with.

My husband and I chose this property after deciding to take a quick getaway for our anniversary. We wanted something close to beach in Delaware that was also pet friendly. The house was perfect size for us and our dog. The beach was also very pet friendly. Great neighbors. 1 block walk to beach. Great area to walk and bike. Kaylyn answered all my questions and concerns before booking as well as great recommendations for things to do in the area. I would highly recommend this property.

Spacious and quiet vacation rental

Our family stayed at this listing at the end of August and had a great time! The beach was super close by and we were the only ones on it even though it was August. The property itself was very spacious and quiet. The only thing we didn’t realize is the steps to go up and down were outside the property so it’s like it’s two separate units, which worked great for us. Also, not all of the bedrooms have air conditioning, but there are plenty of fans in each room. The property managers promptly answered any questions we had and were so easy to work with. We had a great stay and would stay here again!

We booked a last minute 4th July family group trip plus dogs. They were able to accommodate us, minimal checkout things to do! The hosts are so kind and sweet!The location is perfection. Lots of trees, the ocean is so close, calm, and not crowded!

The house was charming with a beach theme. There was only a short walk to the beach in a friendly neighborhood.
