The village hosts the nation's largest Flag Day celebration and the state's most significant bicycle event, the annual "Apple Cider Century," attracting over 5,000 cyclists to explore the 100 miles of trails in the region. Additionally, Three Oaks is known for its vintage shopping and is within proximity to excellent hiking opportunities, including Chikaming Preserve and Warren Woods State Park.

Conveniently located just 1 hour and 15 minutes or 75 miles from Chicago, 106 miles from Grand Rapids, Michigan, 209 miles from Detroit, and 169 miles from Ann Arbor. Guests will have full access to the home and grounds, excluding the detached garage.

The area also offers multiple wine tours and is a short drive from Four Winds Casino.

Transport is primarily by car. Numerous activities are accessible within a 5 to 20-minute drive, or guests can embark on longer road trips to explore Michigan's beach towns such as St. Joseph (30 minutes), South Haven, or Saugatuck. While biking is an option, it is recommended for experienced road bikers due to the lack of separate bike trails.

For security purposes, we have cameras monitoring the front yard of the property.

Please note that guests will have complete access to the entire house during their stay.

*Pet Policy:* A fee of $50 per pet will be charged for a maximum of 3 pets. Guests are requested to keep pets off furniture and out of the courtyard. Please inform the owner in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

*Washing Machine Use:* Please operate the washing machine on the normal cycle, as the quick cycle is not functional.

*Wildlife Information:* As this property is situated in a rural area, wildlife such as deer, wild turkeys, and raccoons may be encountered. Please dispose of trash in the industrial bin to prevent raccoon visits. While we have a pest control service for mice, sightings may occur, especially during colder months.

*Smoking Policy:* No indoor smoking is permitted. Smoking is allowed outside, but guests must dispose of cigarette butts in the designated receptacle.

*Pet Restrictions:* Pets are allowed (up to 3 at $50 each); however, they are not permitted in the walled courtyard or pool area. If evidence of a pet is found in this area, a $200 fine will be assessed. All solid waste must be removed from the mowed yard area, and pets are not allowed on furniture.

*Gymnasium Use:* Please refrain from throwing balls or shooting objects at the gymnasium ceiling tiles. Damaging or displacing tiles will incur a minimum repair fee of $100, based on the extent of the damage. The gym ceiling is 18 feet high and should not experience damage under normal use.

*Event Policy: * Any events must receive pre-approval from the host. College parties are not permitted.
