About this property

Oceanfront condo - sunrise views, direct beach access & pool

Why rent a hotel room when you can have all the comforts of home in this fully renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath oceanfront condo, with a fully equipped kitchen and only a few steps to the beach!  Cozy balcony has panaromic views of the ocean and is adjacent to the outdoor pool.  You’re also a short walk or bike ride to  popular eateries, mini golf and resort activities. The primary bedroom has two Queen beds to comfortably sleep four. Living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa that will sleep two comfortably. Living room is open to the dining area and the recently renovated kitchen. Enjoy morning coffee from your balcony.  This building has an elevator, so you don’t have to carry groceries or luggage up the steps. The building has a washer/dryer combo that are coin operated.  Unit has two smart TVs (Living room, & bed room).  Bed linens are included (Not Towels). No Smoking, No Vaping, No pets, please.  We do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Very nice unit with great ocean front view. Pool was great after a day at beach only wish they would open from 11 to 7 instead of 10 to 6. Would recommend this unit.

Host was extremely available, patient and helpful, almost immediately. Great beach view. Great balcony with comfortable furniture. TV was somewhat confusing and the wall air-conditioning was loud in the bedroom, clicking on and off. However, our stay was very comfortable, having great weather. The pool was also a great plus.

We really loved the condo. It was in a wonderful location and decorated beautifully. Unfortunately a few things I was not aware of was that we had to provide our own linens and that laundry was not in the condo. This was inconvenient as I had to go buy towels when we arrived. In addition the pool closes way too early. My boys were upset that it closed at 6. Otherwise parking was convenient and being on the beach was perfect. Thanks for the stay!

Our family stay was excellent! The condo was exactly how it was described and was perfect for our family needs. It had a large balcony overlooking the beach which was the best part! The pool was also great for my kids. The only downside was having only 1 key but we managed. Would highly recommend!!!

What a view!

Great view! Place was clean and exactly as described. The area the condo is in was very quiet which we enjoyed. This condo is close enough to everything, but far enough away that it never felt crowded or too busy. Check in and out was easy. Had everything we needed. Will definitely look at staying here again the future.

Amazing views!

We had a great trip! The condo was beautifully decorated and it was in a great location. We loved watching the sun rise from the balcony and we saw dolphins in the early morning. We didnt want to leave! Thanks for an amazing trip!

My family really enjoyed this property! The condo was very clean and included everything we needed for the week. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds and sofas are comfortable and the condo is fully updated and well decorated. My kids loved having the pool available when they were done with the beach, and the balcony overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Communication with our host was also seamless, and he was super responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay in this property again next time we come to OC!

Our favorite place to stay!

This is our second year staying and once again I can not speak high enough about this property! It is so well maintained and beautifully decorated! My kids ask before we even check out when we can come back! Perfect location of Ocean City. It is such a joy waking up every morning and getting to see the beautiful view. We love staying here so much and look forward to many years ahead.

We can not put into words how wonderful our stay was! Our family had the best time. The condo was beautifully decorated with all the right touches. Extremely clean and tidy! The views were unbelievable! The location is perfect. It doesn’t get much better than this place. We can’t wait to go back next summer!

Beautiful view!

This property has an incredible view of the ocean and the community pool! We LOVED waking up to the beautiful sunrise each morning. The pool was excellent as well. Property was updated and very clean. Communication with Jay was quick and efficient. I highly recommend! The only drawback was the building washer/dryer. It was was $4/load - quarters only and no change machine. Not a deal breaker, but come prepared with change if you plan to do laundry! Overall, this was a wonderful property and my kids (11, 9, 5) give it 6 thumbs up, too!
