Welcome to this home that is conveniently located to all Tampa Bay has to offer. Enjoy the perfect family vacation home with an open floor plan. All bedrooms, family room, and living room are equipped with smart TVs. Washer/dryer located in garage.
You'll never want to leave the backyard with a beautiful saltwater pool, grill, and outdoor table for the days or nights you want to enjoy the view or weather.
Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING, NO PETS, and NO Parties/Events allowed.
Please make sure that you only park in driveway. No parking on the street or yard.

Very Comfortable Home

Our stay was not for vacation, rather our daughter was having surgery at the Clayman Thyroid Center. This home was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. It was a great place for our daughter to rest and recuperate. It is near the airport, but the nise from the planes did not bother us at all. We highly recommend this home.

Enjoyable stay

Nicely decorated and clean. Beds were very comfortable! The floorplan is a bit unusual and has it's plusses and minuses. The bedrooms on opposite sides of the house, each having its own sitting area with tvs was nice for privacy. The only negative was there was no living area you could sit and see the pool and water view (that space is taken up by the pool table). Pool area was beautiful and the new deck furniture was great. You do hear the airport and road noise outside, but it not horrible. Nice owners and a beautiful place. Would recommend.
