Amazing! All aspects beat expectations. Given the opportunity we will definitely visit again. House and creek were exceptional as were the hosts interactions throughout the visit.
The house was fantastic! I will definitely stay there again if we come to the area again. My only recommendation if for some glass wine glasses and not just plastic! Although I understand the reasoning for the plastic! Overall the house is a 10/10!
We loved our stay and would definitely book again the next time we’re in the area. Everything was exactly as pictured and very clean. The creek and the hot tub were perfect for relaxing.
This was a wonderful stay! The beds were so comfortable and the home had many thoughtful amenities. The creek was also such a relaxing thing to watch and listen to when on the porch. Overall, a great place to stay!
Accommodation were great. Beds comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor areas. The creek was the highlight! So peaceful. We all got to test the waters! We can not had one question and Carl’s responded quickly. I would definitely book this house again.
This property is exactly as described. The creek was magnificent, the sound was soothing and energizing at the same time. The house was very clean, comfortable and well supplied. The location is fairly isolated but close enough to shopping and local recreation, with easy access to main highways. We will highly recommend this property. Many thanks to Carl for his support and ease of communication.
We enjoyed the place. It was clean however the firepitt by the Roaring creek faces the road so cars were a little annoying. The king bed was super loud and uncomfortable it was a spring mattress. The check out time of 10AM seemed unfair since we had to do things to get out that morning on time. And if I go to a hotel they give me an 11AM or 12PM checkout time especially for the price. All in all great time with our kids.
This property is absolutely beautiful The creek was amazing listening to it during our stay was awesome! Our host was very responsive I had to ask several things while we were there and he would always answer right back. The host provides everything you need including coffee it was great! We would definitely stay here again thank you Carl!
The house is warm & cozy! The beds are very comfortable and the outside amenities were great! We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and the sound of the rushing stream.
We have stayed here twice now and plan to stay in the future. Both times we have stayed there have been no complaints. Extremely clean. The creek is our favorite part of the whole property!
The house was very nice! It was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. However, our favorite part of the stay was the outdoor area. We spent most of the afternoons on the porch. My boys loved playing in the creek, and we enjoyed the peaceful setting. The hot tub on the deck was a great place to relax in the evenings. If we ever visit the area again, we would not hesitate in staying here! Highly recommend!
Wonderful for our ski trip. Everything is as advertised and the host left clear instructions for all amenities. Also, transparent pricing without a ridiculous fee or excessive checkout routine. We will definitely stay here again for our next ski trip.
This property is absolutely perfect! There is a clean, new hot tub overlooking a large creek. The creek has multiple seating areas, including some right next to the water. Plenty of room, with comfortable beds!
Great place to stay for families wanting to visit Smoky Mountain National Park and not wanting to stay near the commercialized areas in the northern part of the park. The property had a hot tub and was right on a creek. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.
