Newly Remodeled Waterfront Luxury Home

Experience island living the Marco Island way; Sunny, warm, and luxurious. Encounter world-famous beaches known for their beautiful blue water, white sand, and friendly people. This beautiful Key West-style home is located on the water, within a short distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, and shopping. This spacious and luxurious home has a dock available for your boat (< 40 ft) 2 kitchens, open concept with high vaulted ceilings, a heated pool and an elevator.

*14 night minimum stay
*Boat and Jet-Ski shown on photos are not included in the rental.
*Boat or jet-ski lift cannot be used during the rental. However, you can tie your boat or jet-ski to the dock cleat.


*Home layout description:
The home was built for the first floor to be a in-law suite. There is a guest bedroom in the first floor (Queen size bed). First floor also has a Full bathroom and full size Kitchen.

This is Key West style home. To get to the second floor there is only 1 options: Outdoor Stairs (the home was not originally made with indoor stairs. **Elevator is not included for rentals**
The Second floor of the home (the main part of the house) has a Master Bedroom (King size bed) with a full Bathroom. The second guest bedroom (Queen size bed) is also located in the second floor. There is a full bathroom next to this room as well.

The loft area (above the second floor) has 2 Queen size Murphy beds. To get to the loft area you would use the Spiral stair case seen in photos.

House was great. Had every appliance and cooking utensils you could think of. Best view of any canal house we have experienced. Wanted to book next year but someone beat us to the punch.

The house was more than we expected. The property is well maintained and the photos on line are accurate but the property is even better in person. The home had everything and more for our month stay...ie bikes, beach chairs, grill, appliances galore. We had a minor issue and the owner took care of that the very next day. Communication was excellent with the home owner. Our group has already been planning our stay next year and hope we can make it work and stay here again.

Gorgeous house on the canal

We stayed in the property over Christmas and New Year. The house is recently updated and is clean, bright and spacious. We really enjoyed the house, the outside, the area around. Property managers were absolutely fantastic, answered all the questions promptly. Thank you guys for a Christmas tree. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious with a nice decor. Second kitchen on the first floor was a plus. It was convinien to get their from the dock. The dock is gorgeous. My boys were fishing from it every day. We saw many fishes, including sharks, dolphins and stingrays. The only things I wish, the master bedroom would not have bathroom open to the room. It was a bit inconvinient, but not the end of the world. The screened outside space is beatiful. We injoyed spending time there in the evenings. It was an amazing vacation.
