Exclusive cosiness in the countryside

Cozy living in individually furnished designer apartment. Enjoy the view of the in-house winery and the historic center of Kaltern / Mitterdorf or relaxing hours on the roof terrace.
We, the Steiner family, are pleased to welcome you in our family home. You live in a family and quiet, away from the stress and bustle of everyday life.
Our guests have exclusive access to the apartment. It consists of a spacious kitchen with balcony, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a roof terrace with lake view (sauna use for a fee). In our yard (closed by a gate) we keep ready for you a parking opportunity.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sowohl Dachterrasse als auch überdachter Balkon vorhanden. In Kaltern alles von der Wohnung fußläufig, incl kleiner Supermarkt erreichbar.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

wir haben selten so schön gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist so schön. Alles da, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und aufgrund der guten Betten gut geschlafen. Lage perfekt und die Nähe zu dem fussläufig zu erreichenden kleinen, aber gut sortierten Supermarkt inkl. frischem Brot und Brötchen war klasse.
