Southern Holiday is an stunning new home on 100' of private beach in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores. With 9 bedrooms (all beachfront), 9 full and 2 half baths, a beachfront private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day, right outside the living room, an elevator, a cool stair tower and lots of custom touches. You won't ever want to leave.

Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day).

All 3 floors feature gathering spaces plus private beachfront bedrooms, each with a private bath and beachfront balcony. Southern Holiday offers spectacular views of both the Gulf and Little Lagoon as this quiet section of beach has just one row of homes on the beach, across from a row of homes on Little Lagoon.

The main floor features large living areas plus a King master suite, a laundry and a half bath. Outside you'll find lots of covered porches, outdoor dining, your private pool and a dune walkover.

The middle level has a second living room with a wet bar and large TV, plus 6 more of the 9 bedrooms, 4 Kings, 1 with a pair of Queens, and a bunk room with 3 built-in XL Twins (no upper bunks). You'll also find a laundry and lots of beachfront porches.

The top level has a third large living room with a large TV, a long desk in case you have to squeeze in some work or studying while you are here, plus the last 2 of the 9 bedrooms. Each of these has 2 XL twins over 2 queens (so each room sleeps up to 6) and has a deluxe bathroom with a large vanity area with a triple sink, plus a private shower and toilet room, and a separate tub and toilet. Essentially each of these rooms has two bathrooms so lots of people can be getting ready at the same time!

Southern Holiday is located 5.6 miles west of Hwy 59 and the center of Gulf Shores.
