4-room villa 110 m2 on 3 levels, south-east facing position. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with hatch. Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and shower. Exit to the terrace. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and separate WC. Parquet floors. Terrace 30 m2, garden 200 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (fenced). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Prima woning, echt Frans huisje. Gezellige tuin echter de tuinset is wat gedateerd, houten stoeltjes waar je geen hele avond op kan zitten. Daar mogen wel wat comfortabelere stoelen komen te staan -:) Geen WiFi maar je kan een apparaatje huren. Dat is echter geen aanrader. Voor 50 euro voor 9 dagen, 2GB per dag is duur betaald want er was bijna geen bereik, traag en tekens opnieuw opstarten. Een vaste WiFi aansluiting zou ik wel aanraden voor de woning…..

L'état des chaises est moins que moyen. Les meubles de jardin sont vieux et en mauvais état. Les volets des chambres sont difficiles et dangereux à fermer.

Haus in guter Lage mit Mängeln

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage nah an Zentrum, Strand und Tennisplatz, es ist hell und geräumig. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, die Bäder sind geschmackvoll gestaltet und in einem guten Zustand. Die sonstige Einrichtung ist sehr einfach, qualitativ eine Stufe unter IKEA und teilweise schon sehr abgewohnt/kaputt. Der Garten war sehr ungepflegt und das Haus war nicht gut gereinigt, man sah diverse Spuren der letzten Mieter. Achtung: W-LAN kostet 5,- € pro Tag.

Cette maison nous plait beaucoup. C'est d'ailleurs la 2e fois que nous la louons. C'est une maison très agréable, avec tout le confort nécessaire et très bien située dans villers sur mer. Nous la recommandons.

Location très bien située

La maison est à bonne distance du centre-ville et de la plage. Fonctionnelle mais il faut bien noter que les escaliers sont un peu raides et étroits. L'agence Interhome de Cabourg est très pro et réactive : problème d'eau chaude résolu grâce à l'envoi d'un plombier dans la journée.
