About this property

Enjoy a perfect family or friends retreat at our 3-story newly renovated oceanfront house in Cancun. Located 25 min away from the Airport and right across from Isla Mujeres (beside the ferry), our home offers the perfect scenario for relaxation and fun. We are fully oceanfront and offer free access to our pier to swim, kayak, fish or enjoy the view. The beach is located 2 Minutes walking distance from our gated complex and we have a large shared pool with a shallow area great for kids & garden!

Great Place Right on the Water

This work perfectly for my adult family of 9 people. It has three levels, bedrooms on second and third levels. The villa is well equipped. Th hosts were very helpful. This villa is right on the water with its own dock. I enjoyed laying in the hammock on the dock watching the sunrise. We were scuba diving, so we were able to get the dive boat to pick us up right at the dock. This place worked perfectly for us. Thank you.

Beautiful home

Clean spacious home in safe gated complex. Communication was excellent. We were out exploring most days so we didn’t get to really utilize the pool, dock, or beach close by but you can’t beat waking up right on the water with those beautiful sunrises. Would definitely recommend staying here.
