The kitchen had adequate pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc., I would recommend a couple of larger bowls for serving or to toss salads and such. The host was super easy to communicate with. The toaster handle broke and within the hour he had a new one delivered. He checked in during our stay to make sure everything was ok as well. There were several beach chairs and toys for our use which we appreciated. The beach was nice and we were able to easily walk the up and down the beach. The beach area is literally outside the door. There are many restaurants just a quick walk or uber ride away. The community is gated so we felt very safe. The unit is very spacious so we had plenty of room to hang out and relax. We would stay here again.

Came here for my bachelorette trip and we had an absolute blast! The property itself was gorgeous and so spacious and clean. Exceeded my expectations. Daniel the host was phonemail - super accommodating and responsive answering any question we had. He reached out about a month out and connected us with a travel agent named Marianne who booked several excursions for us, recommended an airport transport company, and made the booking processes so seamless eliminating the need for hunting for safe and excursions that weren’t scams. She too was very responsive. She also connected us with Chef Erick who came to the house and cooked for us and was one of our favorite days sitting outside all together and having fish we caught on an excursion. Cannot recommend this place enough especially for a group! So much space and perfect location - felt very safe with the security at the beach and the gate. I am so glad we chose to stay here instead of a resort. Memories to last a lifetime!

Amazing Family Vacation

We brought our six kids plus grandchildren and we had an amazing time. Daniel was super responsive and extremely helpful. The security at the gate was helpful. Great trip highly recommend.

Very peaceful and great beachfront location.

Great house with lots of space. Everything was in great condition and had all of the kitchen utensils, cooking accessories, etc. Only minor complaint is that the pool isn’t heated and was really too cold for us to be able to use. Might be different in the summer months but wasn't enjoyable in January. Otherwise, no other complaints at all!

Nice and big House

Great place for big group

The house is great with a great view of the ocean. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom which was very convenient. The only thing I think should be included is extra toilet paper and potable water as essentials. Daniel did get us an extra bottle of water at my request which I was thankful. Communication with the host was easy and he answered within a reasonable time.

We had a great stay at this property.

We were 11 people in our party and this property was the best every I have rented. It is very spacious, clean, gated, with amazing beach views, and we all felt very safe during our stay. We booked this property for my bachelorette and it was the perfect accommodation for 13 people. The space itself was well equipped, spacious and clean. There’s also a convenient store a few blocks away that we frequented daily. Daniel our host was great to work with and very responsive. He helped provide recommendation for transportation, private chef services and even in-house massages. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

In addition to it being a great home to stay in for our vacation the host (Daniel) was excellent in ensuring we had a great experience. We we arrived one of the A/C units in the home had stopped working. I contacted the host and by the next afternoon he had a tech notion there to install a new unit to make sure we were comfortable for our stay. Would highly recommend staying here both for the level of service provided and the great location.

Perfect Beachfront Bachelorette Party

We rented this house for a bachelorette party - 8 women total. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It is literally oceanfront- maybe 15 steps from the property’s front steps to the ocean. The pool overlooking the ocean was clean and very refreshing every day. The kitchen was well equipped (except no dishwasher) and large. The living and dining areas had expansive views of the ocean and were very comfortable. The bedrooms were massive and the AC was very strong, keeping us cool throughout our stay. The property was well guarded / secure, and was a short walk to a few beach bars, Starbucks, and a corner shop for ice, sodas/water, snacks, and alcohol. It was also only about a 5 minute walk from the dock where our boat day excursion left. Owner communication was excellent. 10/10 stay and hope to be back soon!
