Chloe Residence (House Nº 3) is located in the middle of the Hotel Zone, the beach access is at only 40 steps from the complex entrance and is one of the best beaches in Cancun. Your neighbors are very famous and high quality Hotels. Walking distance you have the best restaurants in the hotel zone, supermarket, grocery stores, ATM, bus stop, etc...

The Villa is 3660 sq ft, in 2 levels, composed of a living room, dining room, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, (2 are master suites), all with full bathrooms and individual air conditioning.
The condominium offers 24 hour security, 2 pools (one for adults and one for children) tennis court and beautiful tropical gardens.
Walking distance you have all what you need to have an excellent vacation; shopping malls (La Isla & Kukulcan Plaza)are only 5 minutes away from home and offer all kind of brand stores; remember that Cancun is a duty free zone so if you are looking for sunglasses, colognes, perfumes or watches, this is the place to get a bargain.
You have as well, restaurants, marinas, supermarket, running track, bus stop, and taxis.

You can also head downtown and visit Plaza Las Americas (mall) or for a local taste Mercado 28, a local market with a lot of handcrafts.

Water Ski: Jet skis, Banana Boats, Parasailing and other water sport is walking distance in front of the house. Scuba and snorkeling are also great attractions and there are tours going out every day within minutes of home.
Golf: There are 2 wonderful golf courses close to the house, about 1 mile is the Iberostar Cancun Golf Club and 15 miles away, Playa Mujeres Golf Club.

Family Vacation

The property was beautiful and the house large enough to comfortably accommodate all 7 of us. The grounds were groomed every day and pool well maintained. Had a wonderful time.

Great place for families

We had a great time at this townhouse. Location was a block from the beach with easy public access. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Nice furnishings and everything worked great. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer when we needed to freshen up our towels. Security was good and the very friendly. Daniel was quick to respond and very professional. Highly recommend.

Great location, I love the fact there is a shallow pool for kids! The condo was very clean and has great security! Definitely felt very safe ! If we needed anything or had any questions the owner Daniel replied to my message very quickly! We had a wonderful time.

Great family vacation.

Great Family vacation

Casa Chloe was a great place to stay in Cancun. It was convenient for our large family. Issues with one A/C unit and the oven were resolved promptly. Proximity to the beach was great, taking the beach chairs and umbrella with us several times. Kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook, and we even cooked out on the patio grill once. Overall a great experience!

Family vacation

Super little House

Our stay in this super little house was excellent. The house has plenty of space, is in a really good area close to so many things, and the host is fantastic to work with and to reply quickly. There were small little things that could have been issues, but Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure you as the guest is taken care of and you can enjoy your stay. That to me was a huge plus and I would recommend anyone looking for a place to give this little house a try.

Outstanding House!

What a fabulous property. Location can’t be beat. Very quiet property and it is comfortable and spacious. House looks just like pictures and very clean. Great water pressure and nice hot showers. Air conditioners keep rooms cool. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Cancun.

Clean, big and in a perfect location

We just returned from a 10 day trip and it was perfect. The condo is so clean and plenty of room for the entire family. The house has everything including bottled water. Daniel was extremely accommodating and responds very quickly. We made travel plans through his wife which was a bonus. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this was the best one yet! If I return to Cancun, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Spactacular Stay!

This was our first time booking through VRBO, & the experience was as best as we could have imagined! The property was clean & well kept, but it was the smallee details that made our stay enjoyable. A full 5 gal water jug was available, a full kitchen with ample cookware, glassware and plate settings were available. All we needed was just food & spices. The owner was available if/when we needed her. We definitely will book again in the future!

Great space for group

A group of 8 friends including myself stayed here for 3 nights while in Cancun and we really enjoyed our time at the property. It was located very close to the beach (5 min walk) and also had a nice, clean pool right outside of the unit. There were pool towels and beach chairs/umbrella for the beach which came in very handy. The bedrooms and common spaces in the unit were very spacious. Check in and out was easy. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a non-resort option in the main hotel zone of Cancun.

Perfect Location and Stay

Celebrating friends and family this location was perfect for our girls trip! We had the option of a quiet time at the pool or a short walk to the beach to mix with others staying in the area. A 10-20 minute walk to the grocery store or take your pick of fun restaurants just across the street! We had a great time and felt secure and safe in our living space. Our only issue was the Wi-Fi was spotty but this was due to the local service provider, so if you need to do anything important while visiting you may want to bring a booster or be prepared to use your personal hotspot. Overall definitely would recommend the stay!

Too many rules and hidden fees

Upon arrival we were told that we would have to leave a $2000 pesos deposit (around $100 dollars) in case used too much electricity and at the end we used more electricity that we were supposed to and they kept the deposit. The condo is ok, the area is great. I wouldnt book this place again.

Luxurious and big for large group

Excellent for our needs. Lots of rooms for big group of people. Great communication with host. Public beach access at the corner (thanks for the beach chairs and umbrella; hotel hard rock beach is next to it so it's awesome), modern kitchen with air fryer oven! Internet 100mbps more than enough to work on long zoom meetings but only in the main floor (downstairs or upstairs goes down considerably but enough for regular web browsing). Breakfast place and a good mini market 4 min away walking. At the corner you will take the bus up and down the hotel zone, cheap and fast. Security guard at the door and really quiet, no noise at all. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked nice!

Great location! Would rent again.

This was a great location for us on our vacation. The home was clean and convenient. There were lots of great restaurants within a short walk and the beach was close. It took just a few minutes to walk there. The security guys were friendly and helpful. Almost like a concierge. One of our party members was looking for an outlet behind a cabinet in the living room and he stepped on an in floor light. It gave him a good shock all the way up his leg and burned a round ring on his foot. Not a big deal but was good for a laugh and a bit of teasing the rest of the time there. Great memories. We didn't miss the all inclusive atmosphere at all. It was nice to have our own quiet place away from the parties at the big hotels. Would highly recommend.

Great location

We had a great stay and the location was great easy access to the beach and easy walk to the bus . There was 12 guests and we had more then enough room . Kitchen is updated and the bathrooms as well . The only bad thing was the Wi-Fi kept cutting out and they did not explain that the electricity is something you get 10 dollars a day for and if you go over that then you pay for it out of the deposit . So they check the meter before and after and then charge you the difference and release what is left . I stayed 3 days and went over by 15 dollars . Which we had the windows open most of the time and it was only in the 70's . This is a three story condo and it does have AC in all the rooms . Which would easily run over 10 dollars a day if you ran the AC all day . The first I seen of the electricity charge was when I got the email day before check-in . I do think this should be in the listing as a must know and a added expense .

Winter getaway with Friends

We arrived to find the driver we arranged to the pick through Daniel (the owner) and he was waiting for us with a sign. A Personal Concierge was waiting at the house to check us in and this took no time at all. We decided to have a chef prepare dinner for us the first night and it although a bit pricey, it was absolutely delicious (we had the Grill night with Margarita add-on) and we had enough left over for dinner one night later in the week. The house was just as it looked in the pictures. It was perfect for us as we were two couples and there are two master suites upstairs. The house is near the best restaurant in the Hotel Zone, 2 blocks walking distance. The house is in a safe and residential neighborhood with 24 hours security staff. We felt perfectly safe. Marie and Beto did an outstanding job keeping the house and the grounds up and Maria even did our laundry up for us a couple of times. She could have cooked for us as well, but we usually had our breakfast before she arrived. She did a great job cleaning up though! We also booked a couple of excursions through the Personal Concierge with excellent prices and special promotions, Daniel is the owner of a travel agency as well and the attention was perfect. We did a sunset cruise with a snorkel add-on and a trip to the Love Lagoon. Both were excellent and it was nice that they were private. We would absolutely stay in this house again! RB

Good option

This was our first experience of renting a home with VRBO or anyone else and I am happy to say that the house was as it appeared in the photos. The mini splits in each bedroom and in the living room were great and kept things comfortable. We were very conscientious about using them only while sleeping at night or when spending time in the living room. We haven't got our payment for the "power deposit" so we will see how that works out. The location was within easy walking distance to the beach and we used the Cancun bus system to get around. There was a bus stop right on the corner by the property which was very handy. The pool was nice and well maintained and the grounds throughout the whole compound were immaculate. We used the pool a lot. The house was in a gated community and the guards were very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of things that can be improved: the washing machine was really slow and with one towel a piece for 8 days, we had to do some laundry. Having access to extra linens would be a great option: take a dirty towel, pick up a clean one. There were also a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. The only bathroom fan that worked was the one in the master bathroom. None of the 3 others worked and the bathroom on the main floor was very stinky. The bedroom door for the master bedroom was also very noisy when opening and closing it. The appliances other than the washer all worked well and there was adequate pans and kitchen utensils to do the basic cooking that we did. We got some prices from Marianne Barrie for a shuttle and some excursions. She was willing to schedule things for us but was also very expensive. The 30 minutes we spent on the laptop scheduling things on our own through travel websites was well worth our time. WiFi was adequate and what small amount we watched TV, it worked fine. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend staying there to friends and family.

It was good but there was one BIG issue

I'll start with the positives, as there were many. Great location with easy access to a small public beach. Property was very secure, felt safe during stay. Complex was mostly quiet, family friendly and pool area was a great place to kill some time with the kids. Property was as expected and everything was mostly in good order. Property managers were nice and readily available but they couldn't assist with the BIG issue. Now, the BIG issue: The entire house seemed to leak when it rained! Just about every window or glass door seemed to allow water into the house. I'm not talking drips of water, I'm taking large pools of water! The rain only lasted about 2 hours (granted, it was coming down pretty hard) but it didn't take long to have huge pools of water throughout the house. We called property managers and they said there was not much they could do. There was no way to stop the leaks so they told us to use the pool towels to soak up the water and keep the water "contained". We did as recommended, expecting that they would replace the towels when they came to do a cleaning, on the next day. When they came for the cleaning, they told us they would not be replacing or even washing the towels. They said they would just hang them out to dry for us. Keep in mind, these towels sat on the floor, soaked in water, for a whole day....this all happened the second day we were there, and we were still going to be there for another 3 days, so we ended up having to wash the towels ourselves. Which, of course, added to the electric bill (that you are on the hook for)...plus, who wants to do laundry on vacation?! Not to mention that certain parts of the house suddenly became off limits. I was told that they would be repairing the leaks once we departed. I would say that, if they did, I would definitely stay there again. It really was a good place with plenty of space for a large group. Internet worked great and the A/C's were super.

Good amount of space in a central location

We booked this villa for a week-long stay with adults and young children. We appreciated the responsiveness Daniel provided before and during our trip. Pros: - Villa is gated and staffed by security 24/7. - Location is in the center of the hotel zone, with walking access (~5-7 min) to the beach, Playa Ballenas. - Lots of space with 4 bedrooms (1 small bedroom with no windows in basement, 1 bedroom on main floor with 2 full beds, 2 bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms). - Villa equipped for all beach/pool needs - pool/beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, tennis, and beach toys. - Basement floor has easy access to tennis courts and two pools (one deeper one for adults and one shallow one for kids). - Full size washer/dryer, easy to use. - Individually controlled air conditioning unit in each room except basement bedroom. - Gallon of portable water provided by host (with more water available if needed). - Overall residence was very clean upon check-in. Considerations: - Kitchen is very narrow, only room for 1 person at a time. Decently equipped with kitchen tools but equipment is older (need to manually light gas stove and oven). - Primary bedroom bath with jacuzzi tub does not have a shower curtain, and drains a little slower than expected. - Check-in process was a little clunky since the staff is not bilingual, but we figured it out. - Power deposit is mentioned in other reviews. We were concerned that we would use a lot of A/C during a humid week, so we tried to keep the windows/doors open during the day and only used the A/C at night. Overall we used about $20 USD of our deposit. - There are two convenience stores within walking distance, keep in mind they are not large supermarkets. You'll need a car or take the bus to the larger supermarket if you are looking to buy fresh produce. - Definitely walkable to certain restaurants, although fewer options if you are looking for more affordable options. The main street sidewalk is quite narrow; cars drive pretty quickly past and could be dangerous for smaller kids. - Patio doors seemed to be difficult to lock, which made them shake during days with stronger winds. Overall we enjoyed our stay and our time at the villa, Daniel was quite responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had. The beach equipment and proximity to a less-crowded pool was great for our group.

excellent Cancun condo

Our family (3 generations) had a wonderful visit in this beautiful condo. A perfect size and configuration for us. Beach access was close, easy, and the beach is beautiful, clean. Beach towels and toys were appreciated. Daniel is a very helpful host. Having never been to Mexico, I had a million questions which he promptly, thoroughly and cheerfully answered. We were happy to be in the middle of the hotel zone, and not too far north. Grocery stores and very good restaurants close by. We felt safe at all times as onsite security is 24/7. I highly recommend this condo.
