About this property

Bright 2-BR &backyard mins to las olas/beach/airport

Enjoy your stay at my centrally-located, family and pet friendly home! Less than 10 minutes' drive to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International airport, Port Everglades (cruise port), the famous Fort Lauderdale beach, and downtown Las Olas (night life).

Fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable get away in sunny Florida, a home away from home. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and pharmacy. Keyless entry.

You will have the entire guesthouse to yourselves, one bedroom with Queen bed and one bedroom with a double bed plus Twin bed trundle. The second bedroom also has a small working area with a desk and chair. There is also a pull out couch with a Queen bed in the living room. Bathroom has a stand-in shower.

Note that this is a duplex, I live in the unit next to yours. You will have access to the enclosed backyard shared with me and my dog Charlie :)

Fully equipped kitchen also!


Other things to note:


Please take care of my place as you would yours:
- I have a lot of greenery on the property, so please, in order to avoid an accidental fire, absolutely no smoking!
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house.
- There are several wastebaskets around the house: the toilet is not one of them!

Absolutely no smoking in the property allowed.


Pets allowed:
Up to 2 pets are allowed as long as they are pre-approved. Please message me before hand if you plan on traveling with your pets. Any non approved pet will result in a fee.

Perfectly located and comfortable

Very conveniently located to everything Ft. Lauderdale and surrounding areas have to offer. Laura is a wonderful and incredibly reliable host. The property is gorgeous with privacy away from everything, the inside is cozy and updated well. Laura has wasted no effort in making the inside and outside of the house beautiful. I would recommend anyone to stay here, and I will be in the future if my travels take me back to Ft. Lauderdale.

Why they chose this property

You will awake to the beautiful sights of nature, singing birds and roaming squirrels, without ever having to leave the city. Take a brisk walk to the neighborhood coffee shop, Mother's Milk, then come back to get ready for a beach day. Grab the beach chairs and towels that we have left for you, call your Uber, and in10 minutes you will be at the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach! When you're ready for lunch, head over to Park & Ocean for a truly unique spot in the middle of a park and the beach. Then head back for a relaxing bath before an evening night out. Start with dinner by walking 2 minutes over to Andy's Live Fire Grill, then call your Uber for a night out in Las Olas Blvd.
