Cheaply remodeled in a run-down neighborhood.

This property is in Denver Heights neighborhood, which is very run-down. The house itself has been somewhat updated - definitely "builder grade" finishes and furniture. We had to ask for the lock combination on the chain lock securing the gate to the driveway and also had to ask for the WiFi password.The laminate flooring is split open and cracking in the living room and kitchen. No glassware at all - just cheap tumblers from IKEA.One of the shower floors was filthy. So gross that we decided not to use that shower and had to take turns in the other shower.The washing machine made super loud clanging sounds and we were later told that it was broken.Even for the affordable price I would not stay here again.
