We had such a great stay at this house. The location is perfect, especially if you are planning to spend time in the downtown area. Everything was incredibly clean, and there was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made the stay even easier. The neighborhood is definitely up and coming, and this home is a great addition to the area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Don't click on the map in the app. Took us the wrong way. Once I entered the address myself we found it with no problem.

Spring break

The peoperty was as advertised. There was a vacant house across the street and a homeless man was staying there on the porch. But he didn't bother us.

Excellent Communication, Cleanliness, and Absolutely the Best By Far!!!!

The home was absolutely astonishing. We left a previous location because of cleanliness and that location was absolutely horrible. The home was clean and had all items needed. We locked ourselves out of the home by one of the children that are used to using the bottom lock at our home however, the host was so nice about the situation. One small concern was addressed immediately we even requested an extended stay due to our home wouldn't be available at our check-out time. He was the most pleasant and easy person to communicate with and we definitely would recommend and even stay there again. Thank you for investing time in ensuring you have a nice place for people to stay.

Amazing Accomodations!

This was not the property we stayed at. My family and I go to the Guadalupe every year. In February 2022, we booked a home for our family for July. Three days before we were heading to San Antonio, the property manager for the VRBO we booked called and cancelled us. We found this CYC property and booked immediately. Jay called immediately after and explained that VRBO goofed and the home was already booked for that weekend. So here we were, being cancelled AGAIN. Except, he didn't cancel! He apologized for someone else's error and THEN accommodated us at another one of his properties and kept us at the same rate we had already booked and paid for. We stayed in the CYC - Lounge and it was magnificent! Our family had a wonderful time and cannot wait to book again!

Clean and cozy!

We loved the aesthetic of this cute, cozy and very clean home. We were a little disappointed on not seeing the big Maguey plant that was advertised online. Our first night we had trouble sleeping due to neighbors blasting music for the WHOLE neighborhood to hear all night until who knows what time in the morning. Some family members weren’t able to sleep til 3 am. We also didn’t require any communication with the property manager because all instructions are really self explanatory and easy to follow. Other than that, we all enjoyed our stay and very much enjoyed touring San Antonio.

Unfortunately the tree died in the Texas freeze. In the future if neighbors play loud music just call or text me. I’m always available. I have all neighbor numbers and can shut it down pretty fast. Thanks for the 5 star review.

Clean property, very well remodeled

Was the neighborhood concerning initially? Yes. Did it turn out to be fine? Yes. The house is very nice and clean. Everything needed for a nice stay seems to be provided. The only minor problems were that the shower heads don’t have much pressure and the thermostat continually resets to 77 degrees and you have to turn it back down. We had a great time in San Antonio and were thankful for a clean home to come back to.
