Terrible room. Beds/pillows had blood/stains, mould in the room and top 'floor' has an extremely low ceiling, so even the smallest person (<5ft) would need to crouch to get into the bed

This flat was so close to the beach, it had everything in it we could have needed. Well located to public transport as well as shops. Real gem.

Location was the best feature

The location is good. The room on the top does not have much ceiling space so was difficult to manage. The stairs are very steep. They provided dishwasher tablets, which was strange since there is no dishwasher. No toilet paper or any kind of soap is provided. Its a shame as those little touches would have been nice. Note, there is no airconditioner however, I have a picture from the unit on the wall that it does have a cool setting. Perhaps it was broken.

Insgesamt eine nette Unterkunft. Manche Sachen sehr benutzt (z.B. Flecken auf Matratze und Kissen). Für Erstausstattung Handtücher musste man bezahlen, das war schade. Außerdem gab es keine Seife im Badezimmer. Küche mit genug Pfannen, Töpfen, Tellern etc ausgestattet. Lage war wirklich top. 5 Minuten zur Promenade und ca. 20 Minuten in die Altstadt. Auch die kleinen Ventilatoren haben bei der Hitze geholfen.

Super Lage, nettes Apartment

Super Lage, 5 Minuten zur Promenade und ca. 20 Minuten zur Altstadt. Schlüsselabholung und Abgabe unkompliziert. Check-In und Unterkunft ca. 15 Minuten voneinander entfernt. Sauberkeit war okay (Flecken auf Matratzen und Kissen, sowie an der Decke). Küche gut ausgestattet. Schade war, dass man für die Handtücher bezahlen musste und es keine Seife im Badezimmer gab.

L’emplacement est bien situé par contre l’étage est trop bas pour dormir, les volets ne ferment pas de le la chambre. Une infiltration est en plein milieu du salon et la robinetterie de la baignoire est à changer.

Très bien localisé et bel appartement. Par contre l'hébergement n'était pas prêt pour nous recevoir; l'eau chaude était éteinte, il n'y avait pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle, pas de sac de poubelle, etc.

Super séjour

L'appartement est sécurisé et très bien situé, au calme et assez grand pour se détendre. Nous suggérons d'augmenter le nombre de miroirs, la vaisselle, proposer sopalin et tri des déchets. Un deuxième jeu de clé serait également appréciable. La lumière fait un peu défaut mais c'est cosy. Un des matelas de la mezzanine est par contre très usé. Beaucoup de commerces, la plage , le musée massena sont a proximité. L'équipement global de l'appartement est suffisant.

Great location, better than expected.

After reading reviews we weren't expecting anything great but we knew we'd booked somewhere cheap and cheerful so you get what you pay for. The apt was better than the expected. Only real issue was the steep stairs up to the mezzanine but this was noted in previous reviews so we were aware of it. There was no hot water after 10am which was quite frustrating. The location was excellent, close to the beach and shops. Quite frustrating having to pick up and drop off keys at the Interhome office.

Globalement satisfait très bon emplacement, mais un gros bémol sur la qualité de la literie à revoir. Il manque également un éclairage dans la salle. (ampoule défectueuse, signalé à l'agence mais non remplacé pendant le séjour) L'équipement de la cuisine est de qualité. Une belle semaine

Lage - Lage - Lage

Die Unterkunft ist einfach und funktional. - Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso Tabs notwendig) wollte manchmal nicht so wir wir wollten :-) - Wasser war auch mal 2 Tage kalt ;-) Aber so ist das wohl in Frankreich... Die Agentur zur Schlüsselüber-/abgabe ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Super nett und hilfsbereit! Kühlschrank war kaputt und wurde noch am gleichen Tag gegen ein neues Gerät ausgetauscht - TOP! Das eigentliche Highlight ist die geniale Lage. Parkhaus nebendran. Nicht billig - Auto Anreise möglich!

-positif: à l'annonce: appartement bien situé, calme et propre. oui - négatif:: pas de chambre climatisée annoncée.Mise à disposition d'appareils de clim peu efficaces. Mezzanine annoncée mais échelle d'accès impraticable au lieu d'escalier. Un seul jeu de clés ce qui est gênant. A l'arrivée frigidaire non dégivré et volet qui ne se referme pas. Mais un agent d'inter home est venu de suite des que signalé. Nul: aller chercher et rapporter cles à l'agence.

Appartement superbement situé mais assez bruyant

L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et confortable. La localisation est idéale : à 2 pas de la Promenade des anglais. Le tram L2 est tout proche (arrêt Alsace Lorraine) ainsi que de nombreux commerces (supérette, boulangerie). Seuls inconvénients : la mezzanine est vraiment basse de plafond, la journée c'est plutôt calme mais ça peut être assez bruyant la nuit tant à cause de l'extérieur que des voisins. J'ai passé 2 mauvaises nuits sur un séjour d'une semaine. Prévoir des boules quies !

Appartement agréable mais matériel défectueux

Clic clac mezzanine matelas trop usé donc peu confortable, manque de drap par rapport au nombre de personnes, étendoir à linge cassé, porte d’accès au frizzer cassée. Agence inter home prévenue. Et pourtant d’autres personnes avaient déjà fait les mêmes remarques.. en plus il faut aller chercher et remettre les clés à l’agence située beaucoup plus loin alors qu’il y a d’autres solution pour faciliter la remise des clés aux clients ( boites sécurisées sur place) surtout quand l’agence est fermée

Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat OK

Das Schlafsofa im oberen Stock ist absolut durchgelegen und nicht mehr inordnung,schlaf unmöglich. Außerdem Stockfleckenan der Decke! Aus den Abflüssen im Bad kommt Rauchgeruch, was sehr unangenehm ist.Die Treppe in der Wohnung ohne Geländer ist sehr steil!! Aufgrund des Parkhauses nebenan ist es in den Abendstunden etwas lauter , das fanden wir aber nicht schlimm. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt , jedoch das Geschirr müsste mal erneuert werden, auch keine Geschirrhandtüxher vorhanden.
