Summary:
Falling Star Ranch, with 6 private acres it is the ultimate in romance, luxury & privacy! Stucco & straw-bale home - so unique with its indoor rock fireplace and jetted tub for two!! Indoor and outdoor shower, romantic arbor with lights, bbq grill, and nothing but the wildlife! No detail left undone. Enjoy a romantic dinner on the deck under lights; relax for hours in the hot tub. Recently updated to include a full kitchen for a longer stay. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

The Space:
Romantic very secluded home with private hot tub/ outside shower area. Less than 10 min from the heart of the 'Burg

- Chiminea shown in photos has been replaced with a wood burning fire pit
- Bench in the front has been replaced with 2 outdoor chairs
- Bathtub window is now frosted for extra privacy
- BBQ Grill, please BYO charcoal

Guest Access:
Guest have full access to falling star seclusive ranch and Hot tub and Patio area wit outdoor shower.

Getting Around:
This house is outside Fredericksburg but we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

Other Things to Note:
This property is not suitable for children/infants.
This property is not pet friendly.

We have Pest control schedule quarterly but due the house being outside in the hill country , and summer you may have several encounter with the critters.

- Outdoor Shower: During winter months, the outdoor shower is not useable. We drain it to prevent the pipe lines from breaking during the freezes/low temps we experience in the hill country. Usable only during warmer months. Outdoor shower is currently available. Thank you!
