Exit to the garden. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Entrance to the apartment is from the road side. WIFI not possible.

Belle localisation, appartement à rafraîchir

L'appartement Sien est très bien situé à environ 15mn à pied de la plage de la Vicomté. Il a un bel espace et donne accès à un jardin commun très agréable. Il donne cependant sur une rue assez passante en été. Les matelas des lits superposés sont bons, celui de la banquette convertible est à changer. Côté équipement, les plaques de cuissons font sauter le courant et les plaques de secours fournies sont bancales et assez dangereuses. Le mini-four annonc n'est en fait qu'un four micro-ondes

Appartement bien situé mais vieillot : le lino, le clic-clac, la deco, le manque d'éclairage...Tout était vieux et aurait besoin d'un bon coup de neuf !!

Agréable séjour dans un endroit calme malgré le nombre de logement. Logement spacieux toutefois un peu sombre.
