The apartment MARINA offers on 45sqm a spacious kitchen, a sleeping area with double bed (140x200), hall, bathroom and a sunny west-facing balcony with great views.

The apartment has been completely renovated, stylishly furnished in maritime design and equipped to the highest standard. We rely exclusively on high-quality products from brand manufacturers in our apartments.

The apartment also has a pull-out leather sofa (140x190), which can accommodate two more adults. The kitchen is open-plan and harmoniously combines living, cooking and eating in one room. In terms of function and quality, nothing is left to be desired: Nespresso machines, ceramic hobs, ovens and microwaves make it possible to conjure small snacks and large gourmet menus.

The bathroom offers all modern amenities, including a walk-in shower, rain shower and extra-iron washing machine.

The large and sunny balcony allows the view over green gardens down to the banks of the Elbe. The Elbradweg is within walking distance and invites you to cycle, jog and stroll.

Of course, Internet, Wi-Fi and cable TV are available. For a safe stay, the apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid kit.

The apartment offers a parking space in the underground car park of the building. The associated parking space is indicated by a sign and secured by a lock. Even bicycles can be safely parked in the yard.

Ein Zeit zum Genießen!

Für 8 Tage haben wir uns in Dresden wie zu Hause fühlen dürfen. Die Wohnung - liebevoll eingerichtet - hat uns dabei eine tolle Zeit beschert. Von ihr aus haben wir viel von Dresden und der Umgebung entdecken und genießen können. Und was will man mehr, als nach einem langen Tag in den fremden vier Wänden anzukommen und sich heimisch und willkommen zu fühlen. Danke für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

Great place in the heart of Dresden

We have loved staying at this property. It was clean, super comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen works great. Very spacious bathroom and beautiful living area with a balcony. Sascha is an excellent host. He communicated promptly with us, was super friendly and made everything so easy for us. The location of this home is perfect whether you are using a car or public transportation. You have close access to the tram that takes you into the Dresden city center within a few minutes. Also the train station is easy to get to within a few minutes if you travel by train or plan some outings in the Elbsandsteingebirge. This will be our go to place when visiting Dresden!!!

Sehr schönes Domizil

Tolle Wohnung nahe der City und dicht zur Elbe. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend und direkt zum Wohlfühlen. Zu viert haben wir einen Stuhl am Esstisch vermisst und ich mag mir meine Bettdecke nicht teilen, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Rundum eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen 😀

Urlaubsreise Dresden für eine Woche

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr guter und netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Auch sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mit dem Fahrrad Dresden und Umgebung erkunden möchte. Würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolle Wohnung Super Lage nur die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Gute Ausstattung und Netter Kontakt. S-Bahn zur Innenstadt nur 5 min Fußweg und Fahrzeit 9 min. War alles gut wenn da nicht die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung gewesen währe. Überall Staub in den Schränken. Das Geschirr und Gläser mussten abgewaschen werden und die Deko Kissen haben schon muffig gerochen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Sowohl die Altstadt als auch das Ausgehviertel "Neustadt" sind bequem in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Sehr empfehlenswert für Dresden-Entdecker.

Tolles Wochenende...

Super eingerichtete Wohnung, es fehlt an nichts man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Straßenbahn und ein Bäcker gleich in der Nähe, besser geht es nicht! Ein großes Lob auch an den Vermieter für den unkomplizierten und freundlichen Kontakt.
