Lakefront home in the Pocono Mountains! Remodeled house with a private dock on Lake Wallenpaupack. Secluded 4-acre lot. Fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. Large outside patio with a BBQ grill and a fire pit. Lake Wallenpaupack is one of Pennsylvania’s largest lakes, making it an ideal destination for boaters, anglers and swimmers. This home has 150 feet of private lake frontage on Martin's Cove, one of the most desirable locations on the lake with calm water ideal for swimming and water sports. A short drive from historic Hawley town with many restaurant and entertainment options. Central A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a large driveway enough to park 6 cars. Please note you must cross a road to get from the house to the lake. Guests must sign a separate rental agreement provided by host.

LAKEFRONT
The house has 150 feet of private lake frontage. A private boat dock is all yours to use during your stay. The house is situated in Martin's Cove - the largest Cove on the lake! PLEASE NOTE: You must cross a road to get from the house to the lake. The lake is also 100-200 feet of elevation below the house, therefore there are many (~50 "stairs") needed to get to the lake.

Currently, the lakefront has 2 adult kayaks, 1 kids kayak, a stand up paddle board and life jackets available for use!

We encourage guests to use our outdoor firepit! At this point, the indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use.

ALL INCLUSIVE - LINENS
We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings.

We are geared towards families that make it a point to care for the homes they vacation in.

Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels.

Well behaved Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $250 per pet fee. This fee allows for a deeper cleaning of the house and any additional wear and tear.. Guests are responsible for their pet and cleaning up after them.
Pets must have written approval from property manager, unauthorized pets will result in an additional $200 per pet fee.
Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 27 years old.
We require the majority of guests to be above 27 years old, with the exception of families.
Parking limited to 5 cars, No RVs.

We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.
We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
