Very easy check-in/check-out, super clean, bright and airy home. The hosts were very responsive and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We stayed 3 nights with 4 adults and 1 child and couldn’t have been happier with the home and the whole experience. My family spent our Easter holiday at this beach cottage. To our delight, the rooms were spacious and clean, the yard provided ample area for relaxation and recreation, and the neighborhood was private yet friendly. Notably, the kitchen comes stocked with all appliances, cutlery, etc, plus water and breakfast items upon arrival. Indoor and outdoor games abound, such as boardgames and corn hole. Aesthetically, the master bedroom’s sliding glass door opens to a twinkly gazebo that houses an outdoor fire pit. A windy white-brick path leads to a secluded back patio featuring a fire pit that overlooks a quaint horse farm backdropped by the Florida palms (especially spellbinding at sunset). A screened-in porch, large-screened TV, excellent fooseball table, large closets, clean garage, and so much more make this vacation home one that we’ll never forget…because we hope to visit it again! Thank you, Lyuba!!!

Beautiful place. We stay for 4 of july weekend, we did hamburguers on the grill and masmellows on the fire pit. We visit the Beach next day. Well equipped house and close to everything. Looks like a country house. So don't forget bug spray.

Beautiful property with easy accessibility to everything Naples has to offer. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time vacationing in Naples. My kids had a great time being able to play outside while at the residence just as much as traveling to the local beaches in the area. The updated inside décor was amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Loved the outdoor area with gazebo and hot tub. The Florida room was great with French doors to look outside in the mornings. The only drawback is it is very close to the highway and traffic noise is present

This property was clean and basic needs were provided. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with anything you might need. The location was great, close to everything. The host was great! We had an issue with the refrigerator and she got us a brand new one the same day. We would definitely stay here again.

Modern Relaxation

Property was very spacious and clean inside with many modern appliances. The kitchen had everything you need. The backyard had many great ways to relax including the propane fire and hot tub. It was nice to watch the horses while getting some sun in the afternoon. If you are a light sleeper Id recommend a cheap box fan from wal mart to drown out traffic noise at night, it is not very loud but a light sleeper will notice.

It's nice, but..........

This is a nice house and it does reflect the information provided on VRBO. I-75 is very visible from the property, but we did not notice any noise or challenges because of the highway's close proximity. The property is literally right next to a horse farm - not a large one, but several horses were on the property. This wasn't a problem, but people were coming and going at the farm quite a bit. The one thing that was most concerning to us is that the doors on the house are not firmly secured. The door that goes from the dining area to the patio literally has about a 1/8-1/4" gap. A strong person could easily reach a finger in and pull the door off; use a crowbar and the door will come right off. The front door jiggles in the frame - it wouldn't take much to break that door down either. The doors really aren't framed; they are hinged much like the internal doors in a home. Because of this issue, and with the many passersby going to the horse farm, we didn't feel confident that the property was secure. If the owners resolve this issue, it will be easy to relax and feel comfortable in this home.
