No running water for 12 hours

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I have been renting with frio premiere for over 6 years at this point and this was the first time I was disappointed in the property and experienced difficulties in communication. There were multiple outlets across the home including outdoors that were not functional. The panel for the pool was not responsive after following directions laid out in the manual. I had to contact the MOD who then presented and showed me how to utilize the electrical panel on the outside of the home to make the pool/hot tub work. This was not laid out in the manual or any instructional emails I received prior to our stay and should I not have reached out, I’m assuming we would not have had a functioning pool/hot tub. i will give credit where it’s due and report that the MOD did present to fix this issue in a timely manner. On our last night in the home, the water was no longer flowing to any toilets, showers, sinks etc. with a home full of 25 people, this was an obvious problem. I sent the MOD two text messages as well as left a voicemail with no response. The following morning after not receiving any response to my reports, I contacted the property manager who apologized and stated “the water should be back on now”. I didn’t get any answer as to why the water was shut off for 12 hrs to begin with. I was also unsatisfied with the lack of towel service. I was advised by the property manager that there was no longer towel service however there was no change in the fee associated with the linens. The fee was actually more than in previous years. I’m sure I will not be renting this particular home for any future stays in concan.
