About this property

Large 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home on the golf course at Salt Pond. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for dining in. The large dining room table seat 8 people comfortably. The screened in porch overlooks the 13 hole of the golf course. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite and large walk in closet. The other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the home. One bedroom has a queen bed and the back bedroom has two twin beds. The 2nd full bathroom is located in the hall between the two bedrooms. The living room has a pull out couch. Linens are included. We are booking through September 2023 and then opening the calendar again for May 2024. If interested in a house in the area between those dates, I have several other in the area.

Amenities passes are included with the rental.This would include use of the pool, tennis courts and gym.

Bethany Beach

We enjoyed the Salt Pond community during our stay. Very quiet at all times and a good location to be able to get into town in 10-15 mins. Definitely would consider staying in this area again

Great impromptu trip

Great communication, close drive to the beach, loved sitting on the porch and seeing deer on the golf course! Perfect place for our family with two kids.
