We had a wonderful Spring Break at Sandpoint. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we could possibly need. The unit was nicely renovated and very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked for enjoying meals in. We loved watching the sunrise from the private balcony and spending our days by the pool and at the beach.

Great location, close to many great restaurants. You have great view of the beach. Condo is super clean and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and all appliances are up to date. Will stay here again in the future.

This was our second time at this property. The beach views are fantastic. Make sure to get up and see the sunrise(Breathtaking). The property was a perfect location for us. It was away from the event we were attending. It is very peaceful! See you next year!

This was the cleanest and the most stocked vacation rental I have ever been in. Its the little things that matters and this place had it covered from games to seasonings for our meals. Absolutely loved this place!!

This unit is an absolute gem! Communication with the host was easy, check-in was a breeze (we loved having a code for the room instead of a key), the room was clean, neat, and organized, and of course you can’t beat an oceanfront view! The one and only thing I thought was missing is blinds. The host had curtains on all windows which was great (and needed due to the extreme heat of the sun coming in), but as someone who loves natural light it would’ve been nice to have the option to let a little light in during the day without having to open the curtains all the way or keep them completely shut. But that’s merely personal preference. The master does get pretty warm even with the curtains shut, but the rest of the unit was very cool and comfortable. The host provided fans which was great to have. The renovation to the unit was done beautifully. Overall, our stay was absolutely perfect! We have stayed at Sandpoint for years, but this was our first time in this unit and now I can’t imagine having to stay in a different unit! We can’t wait to hopefully rent again.

Well stocked, easy beach and pool access. Beautiful redone condo right on the beach. We will definitely be back! Property Manager was very responsive when our flight was delayed to 3am.

Beautiful ocean views from every room! Condo is decorated beautifully, has every utensil you need for cooking, plenty of towels, & upgraded appliances! Danielle, the host, is accommodating, thoughtful, and responsive! The place is impeccably clean! Pool is nice and steps from the beach-which is great for walking! If you have seasonal allergies, bring/buy kleenex or same if you prefer quality TP. Those are in the description that they are not supplied which is very minor. One of my favorite places we've stayed & has the best kitchen! Thank you, Danielle, for sharing your beach place! : )

Exactly as described

This place didn’t disappoint. It’s very spacious, right on the beach at a convenient location. We stayed here during the Rockville music festival that takes place every year at the Daytona Speedway. This was so much better than staying at a hotel. Will definitely try to stay here again next year.

Daytona Bound

We flew into Orlando and drove to Daytona for a long weekend. Our stay was amazing, and our oceanfront condo was superb in every way. Modern, clean, chock full of everything you need to vacation - just bring your clothes! Highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful!

Danielles place was amazing! The ocean view is fantastic. We saw dolphins most mornings. The kitchen was fully stocked and so was the linen closet. She was quick to respond to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Danielle’s ‘Beach House’ was fabulous and far exceeded our expectations as a first VRBO visit. It is so nicely decorated, newly remodeled, with every utensil and appliance you would want for cooking. The bed was to die for, got some great sleep! We have stayed up and down the beach for almost 50 years and seen it all. Beach House is where we would go if we are still traveling next year! Zero complaints, only compliments!

Stunningly perfect. She described how to come up the ramp perfectly. Building access was easy. Luggage carts are on the garage level, take the elevator down after obtaining building key from the condo. Return after using. Upon entry you are met with perfect beach views. The unit is more than equipped with all the comforts of home. The patio is amazing and when we weren’t at the beach we stayed outside. Plenty of beach towels, as well as board games and cards. We also left behind our beach toys for future guests. Danielle went above and beyond for us, answering all questions clearly and quickly, a sensational hostess. The beds were comfy, dining was plentiful, and the beach was tranquil. The pool was just right. This is a must stay for future trips.

The condo itself was beautifully renovated, very clean, and had plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was updated and well stocked, and the direct beach access was a huge plus. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and waking up to the ocean each morning. The host was responsive and easy to work with throughout our stay.That said, the building itself definitely shows its age. While the condo unit was excellent, the overall property and exterior areas felt older and in need of updates. There were large balcony support braces on every floor that partially obstructed the beach view from certain angles, which was disappointing compared to how open the photos appear.We also had some concerns with the assigned parking area. Our designated spot was directly where a drainage spout emptied water, so we constantly had to step over puddles/water getting in and out of the vehicle, especially after rain.Another thing worth mentioning was the extremely strong air freshener scent used throughout the hallways. Whenever neighboring units opened their doors, the smell would drift heavily into the condo. If you’re sensitive to strong fragrances, it could definitely become bothersome during the stay.Overall, we still had a good experience because the condo itself was very nice, updated, and in a great beachfront location. Just important for future guests to understand that the building amenities, exterior condition, and some common-area issues.

Thank you for providing your feedback! We are so very glad you enjoyed your stay in our unit. We strive to bring in all of the comforts of home yet still make it feel like a vacation. We actually met with some of the Board members and the building office manager in person this week to review some of the concerns you mentioned. The air fresheners have already been scaled back as that is an easy and immediate fix. They are working on the standing water in the parking lot and we finally have a start date for our balcony restoration project. We're working diligently on some other items around the building that are part of these larger projects so I'm hoping this won't deter you from staying with us again in the future.
