About the host
Hosted by Heather Cobb
We live in Charlotte, but have long enjoyed the high country. There is nowhere we find more nourishing for the soul!
Why they chose this property
We love this house because it offers the best of both worlds. It's only 2 miles and 6 minutes from King St. in downtown Boone, with easy access to restaurants, events, and ASU football games. But it is 1000 feet up and over a mountain, so when we are at the house, we feel worlds away from everything.
What makes this property unique
This home has plenty of space to relax outdoors. There is one deck that feels like a treehouse in the summer, but has long range views once the leaves are off the trees. Another deck provides a place to grill and eat outdoor meals while watching the deer and chipmunks play. In the evenings, we enjoy gathering around the fire pit. Inside, it's cozy and comfortable with space for everyone.
