After a long day on the lake, pour a drink and enjoy the desert sunset behind the Chemehuevi mountains from our poolside viewing deck with resort-style swing chairs. There is plenty of space to unwind and share your favorite adventures from the day with your family & friends.

OUTSIDE
The Havasu Oasis has plenty of parking in the two 56' parking areas for vehicles or boats. A RING doorbell camera is utilized at the front door showing views of the driveway, front yard and home entry, to ensure the safety of our guests and home as well as ensuring the number of guests matches the reservations made. The pool is gorgeous and the view, especially in the sunset golden hours, is breathtaking with the dark mountains and shadowy palm trees on the horizon.

Enjoy the views of the lake, island, and mountains, while you're grilling burgers and steaks on the Pitboss grill/smoker and the kids (or adults) play in the pool. Relax on the lounge chairs or patio seating and catch up on all the fun you had during the day!

INSIDE
The house is fully furnished, including 65” smart HDTV in the living room, high-speed WiFi, great appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, luxury furnishings & mattresses, spa showers in each bathroom, and much more. There's even a stand alone ice maker to help you fill those drinks and coolers.

The floor plan is spacious with each detail creating the perfect mix between functionality and seclusion for each guest. The space features 2 large bedrooms, and 2 baths, one on each side of the house with an open living, dining, and kitchen area in the middle.

One bedroom is set up with a king bed and the other with two queen platform beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, an adjustable stand-up desk and chair with a 27-inch monitor in case you need to check your email or do some online shopping.

Our home utilizes a NOISEAWARE system, sensing decibels and alerting us if a noise disturbance continues to ensure the safety of our guests and the appreciation of our neighbors.

LOCATION
The home is tucked in a quiet cul de sac offering seclusion and privacy, only 10 minutes to almost any activity or launch area in Havasu. We've mindfully chosen every detail in this home to create a masterpiece of a getaway for you and your family.

PARKING
Lots of parking for RVs and boat trailers - 56' driveway and 56' of gravel in front yard

POOL - Heated in the cooler months to be comfortable at 78 - 80 degrees.
Gorgeous 30' x 15' in-ground vinyl pool. 3-foot to 6-foot depth. Three-step entrance with rail. Pool temperatures during the summer range from 78-99 degrees, cooling down in the fall and winter weather. Sliding glass doors provide entrance to back yard from the kitchen and King bedroom, both have alarms at an adult level. The button must be pushed to disengage the alarm prior to opening the door. Parents: The pool is open access, you must keep a watch on your children AT ALL TIMES. Pool and home are use at your own risk.

You will receive a message upon booking with a link to a rental agreement. This is required, after that is signed you will receive an email with a link to SuperHog, Know Your Guest.
We are partnered with Superhog, Know Your Guest – the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
Before the booking begins, you will verify your details and ID with Know Your Guest and choose pay a deposit ($500 deposit refundable with a $15 admin fee) or buy a damage waiver for $35. This process must be completed before your door code will be enabled.
