The house was in a quiet neighborhood and very private environment. There are no street lights which made it easy to see the stars from the deck in the evening. The pool and whirlpool were such a plus and enjoyable. We BBQ’d and enjoyed dining on the patio. The host had a nice binder ready, pointing out local restaurants, sites, and information regarding the house. In addition, there were board games available, a fantastic ping pong table with paddles and balls. The house is pet friendly and our little dog had a great time as well. The beds were super comfortable, showers had soap and shampoo available, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook any meal and it was a pleasure to spend time in a fun Arizona home. We recommend the Tiki House highly to anyone who wants to stay at Lake Havasu!

The hot tub was awesome. The heated pool was amazing. The host, Lisa, was absolutely friendly, helpful, responsive, flexible, and just super easy to work with. Beds and pillows were really comfortable, and bathrooms were pretty and spacious. The house was beautiful, clean, had a great layout, and had everything we needed and more!

Great stay in Havasu

Great place to stay. House and property were clean. Pool was heated and nice. A tad far from the launch ramp compared to other places we stayed, but would definitely stay again. Also plenty of parking for a big truck and boat along with a few cars

Wonderful visit, perfect getaway

The "tiki ranch" was a great experience for me and my wife. The house was clean, the amenities were great. We stayed in April, when it got up to nearly 100 in the day, but down to the 60s at night, so we particularly appreciated both the heated pool and hot tub.

Best getaway!!!

We have stayed in several different homes in Havasu and we loved this home!! We were close to restaurants, loved floating in the pool, and relaxing indoors. The homeowner was very responsive to our questions and the neighbor across the street was a doll! Would stay again!!!

A great winter getaway!
