Stay at this spacious 6+ BR 4 BA (one is an ADA bathroom) lodge style home with open floor plan, 2 fireplaces, and you won't be disappointed. Located on the Niangua arm with calm water, this home offers the benefits of living on the main channel without all the noise and traffic. Perfect for spending time with the family for a weekend getaway, a family vacation or even a family reunion or wedding.

Sleeps 20+. This home has two large decks that run the entire back length of the house, relax on the lower deck(with stereo speakers), out of the sun, or enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the upper deck. You might even see a bald eagle! If your party wants to rent a boat, or jet-skis from the nearby Marina, the dock offers 4 jet-ski lifts and 2 boat slips, as well as a large swim deck and stereo speakers, Lillypad, and two Kayaks. A boat ramp is located within 100 yards. We have a game room for the kids! We also have a pool table, shuffleboard table and air hockey table. This secluded house is located in a picturesque setting of over 100 trees and beautiful landscaping. Let your vacation start here...

We would love to share our beautiful lakefront home with you and your family. There is lots of space for having fun and entertaining.

Sorry no party groups, no smoking, and no pets.

Boat and Jet Ski Rentals nearby. Lots of great restaurants and night life in the area. Great parks, Bridal Cave, Outlet shopping.

There is a boat ramp within 100 yards of our property.

We have our own cancellation policy.
CANCELLATIONS- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund, Cancellations that are made within 30-59 days of the arrival date, will incur a 50% penalty of the total rental rate and taxes. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date forfeit 100% of total rental rate and taxes. Cleaning fees and security deposit will be refunded. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We do not refund rent or deposits lost due to canceled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do not warrant refund of rent or deposit.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Clean the grill.
Lock the Kayaks/paddleboards and return the keys to their proper location. Pull swim ladder up out of the water. Have watermat secured on dock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Golf Weekend

House was perfect for a group of 12 golfers with easy access to courses nearby. The individual rooms were a nice bonus vs having many beds per room and there were large communal spaces for everyone to gather. Highly recommend.

This property is perfect for our group of 12 guys. It is a well maintained property that has plenty of room and everything anyone would need. It is a great location to all of the golf courses. We stayed here last year for the first time, and look forward to staying here each year going forward.

Checked in on Wednesday afternoon, first impressions were great. Did a walkthrough and everything was perfect! Lots room so everyone had a place to sleep plenty of area to gather and make memories! Location on lake was great, wish we had a few options to boat to bars and or restaurants. The docks and boat lifts were great and plenty of water toys for everyone. Overall a 5 Star stay!

Our group has been going to the lake for many years. We love this lake house and will go back there again next year. Annual family trip

This house was perfect for our annual family trip! There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone, including 7 kids ranging from 3 -17, and lots of space for everyone to spread out both inside and outside. Having the boat launch so close was great and it made getting our boat in and out super easy. The house had everything we needed and was very homey. Everyone loved it! Thank you so much for allowing our families to make memories here.

Great Property

This property was everything we expected plus more! Our group was 17 people, all ages. More than enough sleeping space and rooms for everyone to gather or be alone. The hosts were excellent with communication and called once we arrived to check on us. The pool table, shuffleboard table, and hockey were a lot of fun in the evenings. The lily pad on the lake was phenomenal and thorouhjly enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay at this house again. We all had a great time!!

Family reunion

Seventeen family members met at this beautiful lakehouse for a reunion. We spent alot of time on the dock, but also enjoyed the entertainment room and the open decks looking out over the lake. The house was clean, well cared for, and well equipped. We had a great time.

Annual golf trip

This place was great! Very accommodating for 16 adults to sleep comfortably. Plenty of space inside and out to entertain ourselves. The owners had very clear instructions on check in and check out as well as having most light switches and doors labeled which helped a lot considering the amount of fans and lights both inside and outside the house. If you’re looking to stay in the Camdenton area, I would highly recommend this place to enjoy your stay.

Amazing family stay !!!

OMG !!! What an amazing home. It was the perfect place for our large family get together. So many things for everyone to do at the property. No need to go anywhere else for entertainment. The kids had a blast !!! Fishing, the water mat, kayaks, pool table, air hockey and shuffle board. And Terrie, was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. We will Definitely stay here anytime we come to Camdenton !!!

This is three years now that we have rented this house and we have an unbelievable experience every year. The house is perfect for our group. Warm weather makes it great for sitting on the deck or the dock. The house is literally minutes from the golf courses we want to play. We will most definitely be attempting to rent this place or future trips again.

Mother's Day Weekend

We had such a great time at this house. Everything was so convenient!! My mother, that's 78 years old, who loves to fish was able to walk down the deck to fish. We enjoyed the decks, toys and extra that was there. We had game night and roasted marshmallows. I would recommend this house to everyone. I will be back very soon.

Cousin Vacation 2020

We had a great time at Lakehouse #1. The house was plenty big and accommodated our group of 15 (7 adults and 8 teens). We spent our days hanging on the dock, boating, and swimming. The location is quiet and easy to come and go on our rental boat...including a few trips to the spring at Ha Ha Tonka which is a short ride away. The Parrotts made the booking, check-in/check-out process very easy. They are organized owners and keep their property well-maintained. We loved it so much we booked for 2021 already!

Why they chose this property

The Lakehouse is located on one acre with 165 feet of lakefront and lots of mature trees. The neighbors houses are also located on large lots, which means no one is on top of each other.

What makes this property unique

We are away from all of the car traffic congestion but still close to Walmart Super Center,lots of restaurants, activities, golfing, state parks, Bridal Cave, movie theaters, shopping, miniature golf, go-kart tracks, water park and much more. We are also located on an area of the lake that has calm water which makes it safe for swimming right off our boat dock with swim deck, ladder and water trampoline. This is also a great area for jet skiing, water skiing and boating. You can also sit back and relax on the dock, lakefront patio or either of the two decks. You are able to enjoy the sun or the shade. There is also a Bar-B-Que. Inside activities are also numerous, views of the lake, Pool Table, Shuffleboard Table, Air Hockey, Direct TV on 4 tv's
