Make sure that you do all communication through VRBO. I didn't and he laughed it off like it was no big deal.

Not sure how many reviews as a guest. But never worth the rental from this one. After trying to accommodate a three hour early check in request. And then threatens if he does stay ... that " I wont be happy" after he leaves. Are you kidding me!?! With the VRBO agent on the line to verify. Left me no choice but to cancel him out. And never again.

Good value property. Had a great stay

This property was one of the less expensive places in Munds Park. It has most of the basic things you would need to live day to day and we all enjoyed our stay. I would bring some sort of folding table if it bothers you that there is no designated dining room table. I'd also bring some cooking specific items if you need them (like measuring cups). My wife said that there were some basic things missing for cooking meals. A family member said that the lower bunk bed was very uncomfortable. It would probably be fine for a child, but use caution if you plan on sleeping an adult on it. There was lots of firewood provided to use in the good size fireplace in the main room. That was great The owner had great communication and was flexible with our check in which was much appreciated. The place wasn't perfect, but it was a better price than most and we enjoyed our time. Thank you

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was great. We weren't able to eat as a family at a dining table. There was no where to sit and eat our meals. The only area to eat was in the living area on the couches. Spider webs were found above the walking areas INSIDE cabin and all over deck and chairs. We would stay only if they have this thoroughly clear of spider webs inside cabin. The master bed had a top cover that was stained upon arrival. We did not use the linens. We brought a few blankets up.
