Felt like home!We had the best time. What more could you want. The location is perfect for going to Crystal Bridges or not going anywhere and enjoying the water. An amazing house for a quiet stay on Lake Rayburn. The house was clean and very well stocked. It had anything we could have needed. We very much enjoyed our stay, thank you for being a great host!

This was the perfect spot for our spring break. Was able to enjoy the kayaks and paddle board and made great family memories playing the available games! Close to nature trails and easy to access the Bentonville/Rogers area with ease. Have all ready recommended this place to friends!

Great host, great location on the the lake. Boat ramp is on the property line, so launching kayaks is not problem even if you couldn't manage it from the dock. Sit on the porch, or down on the dock. Young grandkids came over and had a blast. Over 30 kinds of birds seen from the property. I already tried to book our next trip to this location but it wasn't available.
