You won’t believe the breathtaking views from the cathedral windows in the living room! Although there’s a TV, you won’t need to switch it on when you have Mother Nature to entertain you all day long. This is one of the best rooms in the house for relaxing or entertaining your guests.



But that’s not all! This home also has a fitness and activity room on the lower level with workout equipment and a foosball table. There’s also another living room (with water views) where kids or additional guests can watch movies or play games.

This home is set steps away from the breathtaking Hammersley Inlet with private iron gated entry. It's quiet and private yet close to many attractions, including Walker & Kneeland Parks with playgrounds, the Mason County Historical Society Museum, and Taylor Shellfish Farm. If you're looking for adventure, Skydive Kapowsin, Ridge Motorsports, Little Creek Casino Resort, and the Salish Cliffs Golf Club are also a short drive away.



For restaurants or groceries, the home is just 6 miles to downtown Shelton, 25 miles to Olympia, and 10 miles to Hw 101.

Other Things to Note:

1-The hot water tank is a smaller size. If you're traveling with a larger group (more than 5 people), please stagger your showers to ensure everyone has access to hot water.

2- Access to the water from the property can be difficult due to a steep embankment.

3- While kayaks are provided for your enjoyment, navigating the terrain to launch them may require extra care and effort.

4- Driveway parking for 6 cars (2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway).

5- This gated property is secured with a chain lock for added privacy and security.
