Comfortable home away from home for traveling nurses or other health care workers!!! We have beautiful beaches without all the hustle and bustle. Gulf access within 10 minutes! Boat parking available for 22’ and under! Bring your pets, kids or just feel at home! 2 bedroom 1 bath- Full kitchen, Fenced yard, friendly and safe neighborhood good for walks! Short drive to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, and New Port Richey, St. Pete and Tampa. So many things close to the house- restaurants, grocery-supermarkets, golf courses, dolphin tours, kayaking. Tarpon Springs sponge docks, and a short drive to Crystal River to swim with the manatees!Home has large dining table for family dinner or work space! High speed Wi-fi, Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. 1 King, 1 queen, max 2 pets. Infant/toddler amenities available upon request. Bring your kids and pets and make yourself at home! Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out message Hello! It’s getting close to check-out- here are a few check-out instructions… Please clean out the fridge, put dishes in dishwasher, strip the beds and put the linens in garage,
Please set the AC at 80 degrees and ensure all doggie waste and/or cigarette waste is removed from the yard. Please make sure all doors are locked.

No animals off leash when outside of the home in front yard outside of the fence. Clean up waste in yard after animals.
Do not flush tampons/wipes in toilet. It will instantly clog and will need a plumber resolve the issue at the cost to the guest.
