Multiple ac window units. Gas Fireplace. No dishwasher. Sheets and towels not provided. Outdoor shower & fire-pit! Fresh water pond is for small boating, kayaking, fishing and bird watching, not swimming. Just 1.2 miles to Sea street Beach! A beautiful sandy beach on Nantucket Sound. Or take a quick bike ride to downtown Hyannis shops, restaurants and more. Hiking trails, golf, tennis boating are all near by! Home sleeps 6 and is available short term year round. Pricing will vary off season. No smoking please.
