Cozy Condo in a great location!

Our family loved this condo, the community, and the location. The beach was steps away and we appreciated that beach equipment was provided. Lots of area attractions and restaurants within a short drive or walking distance.

Prime location and everything we needed!

We had a wonderful visit. Our place was clean and comfortable. There were lots of extras that were convenient such as sand toys, boogie boards, and a travel cooler. Would love to visit again!

Stay was awesome. Apartment and outdoor gardens amazing! Instructions for the stay could be more diplomatic and user friendly. They seem excessively punitive.

Very clean sand comfortable

We stayed 3 night in this very clean and comfortable condo. Had more than everything we needed. Treat basket a plus!

The Sandpiper is a Jewel

Do not hesitate to book The Sandpiper. Its location is exceptional. A short walk to harbor, pier, and downtown. The condo and grounds are pristine with wonderful views and sunsets. This is truly one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in and we travel frequently. We would not hesitate to stay here should we return to Oceanside.

Beautiful unit

Exceptional unit. Beautifully updated with plush towels, comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. It took a trip or two to find a shortcut to the pool but would still recommend this unit and the complex. Thank you for a memorable vacation

The harbor side of NCV is wonderful and this unit on the corner is great. With two balconies you get a some great breeze and sunsets. We enjoyed the 2bed/2ba for our family and used the pull out trundle. Unit was nice and clean. The welcome snacks and waters were a nice touch.

Summer Vacation at NCV

The property/condo was fantastic! We come to NCV almost every summer, and this condo was by far the best we've stayed in. The finishes, accommodations and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. Two bedrooms on one level was just what we needed for our family of 6 to fit comfortably during our stay. What we appreciated most was the attention to detail within the unit, and the beautiful ocean/marina views from every room. We will most definitely be booking a stay in this condo again.

Impressed

We could not have picked a better unit or location. The unit was comfortable, cozy, and felt like home away from home. So many extra little things that made our stay super convenient: snacks, extra beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, an ice chest. Everything we needed! The unit is in a great spot convenient to the beach, the pier, the harbor and DT. Very walkable. We will be back sooner than later!

Nice but parking is a pain

We had 2 vehicles. They give you 1 assigned parking space. The other car needs to be moved every 24 hours or risk a fine.

Hi Sean, we never like hearing that our guests feel inconvenienced. Unfortunately it's a situation that we have no control over. The HOA makes the parking rules. To make it easier in the future, we do have a few spaces that we rent out, making it so that you would not need to worry about moving your car every 24 hours.

Perfect condo for our family

We have stayed at NCV at least 5 times and absolutely love the complex and the location on the beach. NCV is perfect for lazy beach and pool days and walks in for donuts and coffee - it is also perfect for day trips to Disneyland, Legoland, San Diego and Anaheim Ducks Games. This unit was gorgeous in every way - it felt like a West Elm show suite with beautiful furniture, art and immaculate kitchen and bathrooms. The corner unit offered expansive and private views. We really appreciated all the extra touches including luxurious linens and kitchen staples to get us started. We look forward to our return!
