The space
The Perch is truly a work of art. Built in 1886, the home is bursting with history but has all of the modern amenities to make your stay absolutely perfect. A Chef's kitchen fully equipped with a large gas range, vegetable steamer and pot filler means cooking on vacation has never been easier. Soak in the copper tub overlooking downtown, relax in the walk in shower equipped with body jets, or take a trip upstairs and unwind in the jacuzzi tub. Two large living spaces means there is plenty of room for your entire family to spread out and relax. With a total of three decks, two of which sit more than 20 feet above bustling downtown and plenty of furniture, there is so much room for outdoor entertaining. Enjoy a meal on the covered deck and watch one of Eureka Springs' many incredible parades! Original art, most by local Eurekans drape the walls throughout the entire house. The Perch is featured in many of the incredible artifacts. This amazing home has something to offer for everyone. Do not miss your opportunity to witness a piece of history in the heart of Downtown Eureka Springs!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire property!
Other things to note
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: The Perch does not offer parking, however, there is a loading zone directly across the street for loading and unloading, and there are many meter spots directly across the street as well as many free parking spaces within a 5 minute walk of The Perch! We are also locals and are able to offer tips to our guests on where to find the best parking spots!
The second and third bedrooms are only separated by a half wall, so they are not separated from each other entirely.
The master bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower and copper tub. The second bathroom only has a jacuzzi tub, so there is only one shower in the home. There is also a half bathroom on the main level.
You will have to walk up a set of stairs to get to the Perch as well as two staircases within the home.

Beautiful Restored Home In Town
Lovely restored classic home with shaded porches, an incredible vintage bathroom tub and well-appointed kitchen with high-end appliances. We had a fantastic time using The Perch as a home base for the 2024 solar eclipse, and to see the lovely town of Eureka Springs for the first time. No problems with our stay. Highly recommended.

Charming and Timeless
My friends and I stay in Eureka every autumn, and this time we wanted to be in walking distance and experience the cottage living. Three stories and well restored, the Perch is the perfect distance from town. You can see the Christ of the Ozarks from the balcony when the leaves fall, and and while I was worried about being so close to Brews where there's live music and being across from the neon sign of the Palace Bath House, you really can't hear any loud music and the hotel turns the bright lights off after a certain time. It's kitchen, fireplace, and bathrooms are so fancy! Felt like we were in an old mini mansion, and when my friend was confused about getting in, he contacted and helped me help her right away. 100% recommend.
